First off, my review is only based on my own experience, it's not to negate anyone else's, good or bad.
That said, the experience I've had with Bishop Hill was very pleasant from start to finish. I moved out of my previous house at the end of September 2017, and didn't move into my new home until November 2017, so I had to secure a short term lease (which wasn't an easy task).
I settled on Bishop Hill because the location was very convenient, and that it seemed to be a well-maintained community. Carlie, my rep, quickly responded to my many questions and offered me a three

Update - I will say now trying to resolve all my issues with this apartment - the maintenance men are amazing - always there when u call and if they don't have the right stuff they order it right away .. The head maintenance guy with the white truck - out of all bishop hill- I would give him a five!! Always comes in happy very polite hard worker .. Prob the one thing we like about it here -- and the Lifegaurd he's always so nice too
