I am so at wits end with this place. I can tolerate a lot but ROACHES is not one of them. They are everywhere and everyday. Pest control comes and then there is more. Useless to spray 1 apartment and not bomb the whole building. Since their Assist Property Manager left, emails go unanswered and work tickets are reviewed but not worked on. It's really sad. I've never experienced a poorly managed apartment before and highly disappointed.

I truly don't understand how anyone could leave a positive review of this place. I'm going to be real honest with my review, The Loop is not where you want to live. To many things are wrong and the staff who works here doesn't really care, all because they don't live here.
Don't bother looking this place to be your next home. ROACHES, AND MORE ROACHES than you can imagine. Staff is useless, and they will tell you anything just to get you out of their face.
The Loop should be condemned not liveable. The price isn't worth it ,again you get what you pay for.

I have been a resident for the past year at The Loop while I finished up grad school at the University of North Texas and I have been very thankful to be a resident. I have to give a bunch of credit and appreciation to Lindsey Cook for her amazing service throughout my stay. Without her help, I would not have been a resident here and since then, anytime I had a question/concern, she has been extremely kind and responsive and has never failed to take care of my need. Can never say I did not feel welcomed by the staff and other residents. Definitely recommend this as a place to live as it's close

I've been living here for about 2 years and have been relatively happy with how things have gone. The new staff is really nice and helpful when it comes to resolving issues and in giving heads up about any new renovations that are happening. Originally, they only offered 12 month leases and I thought that it would eventually become an issue since I live with roommates, but luckily they added 6 and 9 month leases as options. Definitely helped me become more at ease to know that it is not necessary to stay an entire year once everyone in my unit graduates and decides to move out. The only main downside

This is an unsafe place to live. I feel bad for anyone who signs a lease here not knowing what they are getting themselves into. Drive through the area first. Have a look around. It is priced the way it is for a reason. A teen was killed in front of these apartments in February 2019. I always see police parked outside of these apartments. Be warned.

Very happy to be back at my old apartment were my mother use to live in for over 10 years and to have all these great upgrades in it is great. I'm so thankful for Nelly she definitely was very helpful and made the leasing processes less overwhelming as me and my husband are an elderly couple, she is always making sure we are well taken care of and asks us if everything is going well and how we like our new apartment home.
