Their cancellation policy for airbnb is bad as one of our family members got sick they didn’t allow cancellation or adjustment for our trip. Would not book with them in the future. Airbnb leaves it on the host to allow cancellations but they were unwilling to accommodate. Lack of compassion at this company.

Aloha! For the perfect balance between experiencing the beautiful island of Maui with the luxuries and comforts of home, Coconut Condos is the way to go. My family (three adults and three children) stayed at Ain'a Nalu in Lahaina and it was excellent! The condo was well-appointed and when we realized we needed another blanket and towel, all we had to do was send an email. The office responded so quickly and even brought the items while we were exploring the island. The condo was walkable to everything, though we still drove to the beach (so I wouldn't have to carry the *provided* beach chairs and

We have stayed at Aina Nalu several times and we love it. Access to Front Street in Lahaina is just a few blocks away; the harbor, 505 Beach, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc... are a quick walk from Aina Nalu. The Coconut Condos management team is quick to respond and professional if we have had any questions about the property or Maui in general. The condo has just about all you need for the beach with beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, etc.... Parking on the nearby streets is available if you don't want to pay for parking on the property. Coconut Condos has great vacation rentals and a team that really works to be sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Puamana is beautiful and so relaxing. Our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all of the necessary toiletries and everything we needed for spending a day at the beach. The staff was responsive and was quick to help us with recommendations for surfboard rentals and day excursions. The guest guidebook had helpful recommendations for navigating Maui's beaches and local restaurants which meant less time planning and more time relaxing and playing.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
No empathy or consideration in the era of Covid while change of plans happen to keep your family safe. They aren’t communicative either and cancel the trip while chewing your $$$$$. Needless to say, we will not be booking any trips with them and will highly recommend against it!

Run, if you can, do not have anything to do with this god awful place! This place ruined Air Bnb for me forever. Never had I encountered such irresponsible management. The place looked clean at first but in reality had bad bug infestation problem in the bedroom right over the bed, the entire wall was an ant / flea nest! It.Was.so.Gross.
No one from the coconut team cares to respond in any way. We ended up leaving for a hotel instead. Everyone got a few mystery bites from that apt, Mahina 111. Don’t bother wasting your time with this lousy business, they have not the slightest clue what property

The host is not responsive!!! I booked a condo via Airbnb a month before, but after a week I had some medical emergency that make me cancel my trip. I tried to contact the host and even the customer service on Airbnb helped me to contact them but they only responded me when they have to. And ignore any request or negotiation I posted. They just refuse to refund me or make any changes because of some “strict policy”. During such a hard time, I don’t expect tp get full fund but just hope I can be treated fairly with reasonable policies. Anyway, be careful with their unreasonable policy and
