Problems with plumbing and roaches. Contacted property management for 1 day refund from 14 days reserved for to resolve plumbing issues. After they agreed to refund they, Maui Property Management, never issued the refund. Made second request and was ignored. Company has no integrity.

Best and simplest vacation I've had in a while. Great location, very nicely setup unit, great view and all the details on check in, check out etc. were emailed and texted to me before arrival. Hardest part was getting through Maui's safe travels program.

This business neglected to help us move our reservation after we were both diagnosed with Covid-19. We paid $5700 and they wouldn’t even let us move it to a couple months from now. The representative said “although it is possible to move reservations we will not be doing it at this time”. They just take your money and have absolutely no care for what is going on in the world right now, let alone be a decent human being and not rob someone of $5700. I’ve seen reviews about poor management before and they were 100% right.

We booked a condo in Lahaina and my daughter woke up in the middle of the night covered in bugs. I could not wash bedding as the dryer did not get hot enough to kill the bugs. Management did not seemed concerned. I had to beg for new bedding which was finally delivered but they didn’t take the bug infested bedding away. I wasted a day of vacation at a laundromat so as not to bring back bugs in luggage. There has been no response from management. Once they received my payment - I no longer existed.

We stayed in condo #2521 at Kapalua Ridge for 8 days in October. It was a true delight from awakening to the sound of birds chirping in the flora outside the bedroom's lanai to feeling "Wowed" while entering the living room with it's gorgeous views of both the golf greens, trees, fabulous blue ocean, and island of Lanai beyond!
The condo was impeccably clean, peaceful and quiet. While the unit has air conditioning, we never used it due to the soft breezes that flow at times from the open doors on the lanai. Being on the 2nd floor, we felt safe leaving windows and doors open

We enjoyed our Maui vacation at El Dorado L102. The condo was spacious, with two queen beds in the same room and two full bathrooms. The decor had a tropical flair, and was updated with a modern kitchen (beautiful tile). Large sliding doors opened to the lanai from the bedroom and the living room. A washer and dryer were very convenient in the unit.
Very nice beach, we went over to the Black Rock Beach in front of the Sheraton for snorkeling. Convenient location to grocery and restaurants.
Easy check in. Professional staff on site, golf cart shuttle to beach. Lots of amenities on the property

Happy renters! We lived in a long term rental managed with Russell and his colleagues in West Maui. The management of this property was actually transferred mid-lease from a different property management company. Nevertheless, Russell and his team made the transition smooth and reassured. Maintenance issues were quickly addressed and communication was always consistently friendly. We highly recommend and would rent from them again.

We stayed in unit A207, the only way to describe this place is...PERFECTION! The inside was beautifully upgraded, so many extras including snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc. The balcony had the perfect set up to lounge or eat while watching the beautiful view. Everyone was very responsive and helpful, we will definitely be back here!

Update (7/15) - I got a call from Kevin at 3:37 pm and was told they canceled the rest of my trip and told me to be out by 10:00 am tomorrow. I was told that he didn't read my review because he "doesn't do that" and said that I made derogatory comments to his staff. He told me I "shot myself in the foot" and now I'll "know better". I was upset, but I was not disrespectful. To ANYONE. The best option on Maui was $269 a night for an RV; everything else was $500+ due to last-minute and weekend rates. RENTERS BEWARE!!! We looked at many properties and finally found one perfect for us, My sister and I rented this property over a week ago for our stay in September! We put down the deposit and everything was set. we received our confirmation email and were so excited! A week later we received this email from Maui Paradise Properties and Mr. Jeff Newton Property Manager! Needless to say that we are outraged that they have now increased the nightly rate after we were already in a rental contract with them. The fact that the "owner" will not honor these rates is absurd. Also

I am a property owner in Kihei and Amber, from Maui Paradise Properties, is our property manager. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amber and the entire MPP team! We purchased our unit in May 2019. We had about 8 revenue producing months before Covid hit. MPP helped us get our unit set up with furniture, photographed and marketed as quickly as possible. Our occupancy / rate were EXCELLENT! Covid...well, it is what it is. Amber handled it like the sympathetic human she is. She did the absolute best she could, balancing owner and guest needs. Update - now home for 4 days, and aside from someone showing up at the door asking about a dispute over a credit card (why would you actually go to a property to ask about that? Most normal people would call on the phone), still NO COMMUNICATION from the property agency. The feeling from my friend who actually spoke to the visitor was that they were checking the condo out to see if we were still there.
Maui paradise Properties does not care about their customers once they have your money. Buyer beware.

This was my first time using this management company for our stay in Maui, there was an issue with my orignal booking so I had to change properties and I was disappointed because I really wanted to stay at our original choice. They really took care of us and put us in a beautiful location, the property was spotless and grogeous and we'll def be back and use MPP again!! We stayed at Lokelani A203 it was better appointed than my own house. I could move in and be happy for the rest of my life, thank you MPP!
