Puamana is a gated community that is located near the heart of the historic old whaling town of Lahaina in sunny West Maui, Hawaii. Puamana has three pools, a tennis court, clubhouse and a library. There is a quiet ocean pool, a kids pool and play ground, and a third pool. It is located on a half mile of oceanfront and half is usually sandy and half is usually rocky. Residents and guests, surf, snorkel, swim and kayak right off the property.

Services
Puamana Vacations (PV) Management shall have full authority and control of your occupancy. Failure to comply with any of the terms of your Vacation Rental Agreement contained herein may result in the loss of your security deposit. PV Management reserves the right to cancel this reservation, without further notice, if payments are not received by the due dates specified.
The Puamana Community Association (PCA) has formulated these rules ".so as to provide the enjoyment of the Common Properties by every Member in a manner consistent with the preservation of quiet enjoyment of the Lot and Living Unit by every Owner." The basic rules for any dwelling can be simply stated as common sense practice in the consideration of others in order to create a friendly, pleasant atmosphere.

The best family friendly, well kept, secret 30acres of amazing vacation rental community on Maui. I stayed at different spots on Maui for a decade until I found this place. Hands down my favorite vacation rental. Surf, sunset, beach are all there. Lahaina shops and restaurants are a 3 min drive or 15min walk away. My opinion... Maui best kept secret.

I paid quite a bit of money to constantly get harassed and yelled at here. It’s supposed to be a relaxing beautiful place and while it is very beautiful it is no where near worth all the harassment. Anytime I went to the pool I was interrogated. When I told them what room I was staying in they didn’t believe me. I had another house on the island and would stay there sometimes. Because I wasn't always there they treated me like I had no right to be on the property (even though I was still paying my rent). It’s absolutely rude and unacceptable. Worst vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. I

We stayed here for 7 days. We didn't have a car and we were able to walk into Lahaina everyday, we sure got fit. I'm not sure this place is for children but did see children there. The pool near the ocean is a quiet place so no children allowed but there are 2 other pools available. The grounds are beautifully kept and the place peaceful. I found a spot under a palm tree near the ocean pool and dragged a chair from the club house and could have spent the whole holiday there peacefully reading. This is an older style community but if you are after peace then this is for you.

Our family goes to Hawaii every year. It's a wonderful tradition that brings us all (around 30 people) together. We have stayed at hotels (Kaanapali), houses (VRBO's in downtown Lahaina and even once in Kihei), Lahaina Shores, and more. Ultimately we discovered the sunny Puamana Estates quite by chance. IT IS A SPECTACULAR Gated Community with three pools, private beach, tennis courts, and round the clock security. The prices for the condos are truly fair. It's located about one mile south of the Banyan Tree Park and downtown the quaint town of Lahaina.
