I have worked with quite a few rental agencies, and Maui Beachfront has to be the worst I've ever worked with (by a long shot). We paid Ritz Carlton prices (17k for a 10-day stay) but had Motel 6 service.
It took about 3 hours to check in because someone at Maui Beachfront didn't enter the information correctly. The bellman at the front desk was going out of his way to try and help us out, but the representative at Maui beachfront made his day and job 10x harder. They essentially wouldn't allow him access to get our room keys.

Good experience during booking. Downhill after that. We have rented this unit in the past from another agency. Unfortunately there were a couple of big issues when we got to the unit. The number one problem being that the pool is only available for 30 minutes per unit (per day) you must sign up in the laundry room. The times were almost completely taken for the whole week. Also the deck furniture is gone (apparently it’s on order to be replaced) the main amenities are gone! This should have been disclosed. I certainly would have booked a different property. This is how they are dealing with Covid

I used Maui Beachfront rentals to book a stay at the end of June 2021 for Kaanapali Alii Resort. I have stayed at this resort in the past and absolutely love it. However, since I used this 3rd party vendor to book this condo, it was bloody awful! I tried 3 days in a row to get a hold of their customer service. All I wanted was an extra blanket. I originally thought I could call the resort directly, but since this was booked through Maui Beachfront Rentals I could not and I had to use their service. Needless to say, they never returned my call or even checked in to see if everything was okay with

Awesome customer service both before and during our visit to Maui. The paperwork on the front end is a bit laborious, but Michelle and her team have been great with email & phone communication, allowing us to ship items to their office ahead of our arrival, and helping us quickly upon arrival with a lock issue. The condo description of our unit on their website was very accurate and stocked with more than the basic amenities (wish we could review the condo itself as it’s been great).

Our unit was AMAZING! The Whaler is a great place to stay and close to everything! The beach access is great! Saw so many whales from our Lanai. Clean and spacious unit, master bed was comfy. The only cons were the sofa bed needs a memory foam mattress or something to add more comfrot (can feel the springs) and the communication. Im not sure why but I contacted Maui Beachfront rentals by phone once before we left and once while we were there and NEVER received a call back. Would of been nice for someone to address my concern or at least let me know they received my message. Other than that the

We just returned from 2 weeks in Maui over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Maui Beachfront Rentals was amazing navigating through uncertain travel times in the COVID pandemic. Their policies were flexible and VERY reasonable. We stayed a Kahana Reef #212 and loved the unit. We arrived after a long day of travel and navigating through the airport check-in and found the sleeper sofa did not have linens. We were more than impressed with the condo we rented at The Whaler. It totally met or exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, quality and surpassed the website photos. The grounds, pool and other amenities were always immaculate. We found the front desk and concierge staff very friendly and helpful. The little things like coffee, ice tea and water available in the lobby and at the pool were a nice little bonus. For us, the value was definitely there combined with everything else made for a great vacation experience. We will return next year with friends.

Our family has owned an oceanfront condo at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach for 42 years. Over that period of time we have had a lot of experience with management companies that have handled our unit. I can say without hesitation that after being with Maui Beachfront Rentals for the last three years they have been the most effective and professional company we have dealt with. Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, beautifully renovated and much larger than we expected. The tile work is stunning. The view from the corner balcony was amazing - you can watch the sunset and abundant sea life. We saw whales, dolphins and turtles. The beach was perfect for boogie boarding and we rented surfboards from 808. The kids walked just south of us to surf with the locals.
The only thing that was undesirable in the unit is the water and ice dispenser was moldy. Would love a later check out option as flights home are so late.

This is a spacious two bedroom condo that also has two sleep sofas. It easily accommodated the six people in our group. The kitchen is modern with everything you would expect. There is a spacious lanai. The building is located right on Kaanapali beach so you are literally steps from the water and a very short walk to Whaler's Village. The ocean view is limited so I wouldn't rent this unit for that amenity. The front desk staff is very able and accommodating. The furniture is a little dated. The initial housekeeping was good but not up to hotel standards.

Thanks to Maui Beachfront Rentals, I had an amazing stay in Maui. Not only did I have a beautiful view of the ocean in my hotel room in Lahaina, but the hospitality was exceptional and the room very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and there was additional supply of bougie boards and chairs in the closet for the beach. I had such an amazing time, would come back again for sure!

We loved our stay at The Whaler. This is, by far, the best location on Kaanapali beach. We were right next to Whaler's Village for easy access to shopping, the ABC store, and great restaurants. The unit was HUGE! It included everything we could possibly need in the kitchen for dining in. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was, too. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai and easy access to the beach. The first floor location was great. The Whaler itself doesn't have nearly enough chairs/lounges for everyone who wants one for the beach so it was nice to find the unit included extra beach chairs

We, again, were completely in awe of the Royal Kahana 510 2 bedroom unit this past September.
The condo is beautiful and views that are second to none. Anyone wanting direct ocean front where all you see from every angle is ocean, this is the place to stay.
The Maui Beachfront team has always has great service setting up our reservations and supporting any questions during our stay.
Definitely recommend the unit as well as the Maui Beachfront Rental team!

My husband and I stayed in a condo at Kaleialoha for an extended vacation a few weeks ago and enjoyed our stay very much. This is our fifth stay with Kaleialoha and we love the location, ocean view, and all the conveniences of the condo, including Wi-fi, ice machine, washer, dryer, updated kitchen granite, stainless appliances.
It is perfect for us as we like the quiet atmosphere. Pool located in front of building so you can escape the sun if you want. Turtles swimming right in front of condo and you can snorkle with them.

My two kid's and I stayed at Aina Nalu in Oct '18. Apartment was perfect, was nice to have a full kitchen with all the necessary tools. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool and walking distance to Front street was a huge plus. We will likely stay here again sometime.
PS: please sharpen the knives! They can barely cut warm butter.

We stayed in unit 3-84. It is a two bedroom two bath unit with a den. The den has sliding doors, so it is not really a good "sleeping" room, but it adds an extra room with a queen bed if needed. Our family of two grandparents, two parents and two children until three stayed there for 7 nights. It works perfectly!
Laundry is a plus with family. Outdoor balcony is wonderful for relaxing.
The view is not of the pool, but you do get to view the pool next door, and it is just as good. Seating for 6 inside at the dining table.

This condo was perfect for 6 ladies to get away. The views are amazing as you can see both sunrise and sunset from your lanai. Every morning and evening we watched over a dozen turtles playing in the surf. It is not in a busy part of the island so you can actually relax. We woke up to the sound of birds singing and fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing. We were 15 minutes away from Kihei, 15 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes to Lahaina. The sign up process was very good. However when we checked into our unit at the Whaler (570) the unit had a musty smell, there were only 4 wine classes none of which matched, the sliding glass screen door was ripped, the track in the bathroom shower was not cleaned and had dirt and mode in it, there was black hair in the master bath.(there is more but enough). We had Michelle, the reservation mgr. come to view the unit and she agreed that this unit was a disaster. We than spent the next day finding a new unit with a new management company and found a wonderful new accommodation. A word to the
