My insurer called 7 tow companies before Morgans accepted the call. The insurer told me it would be 2 hrs. Then Casey at Morgan's called me to let me know he had dispatched another truck to the long haul job and he could get to me in 25 minutes. He did and was courteous and professional. My car was on the collision lot of my choice and I was home in an hour. Thanks again Casey.

Extremely fast and helpful. Particularly the tow truck driver my wife and I dealt with, named Raymond. Extremely warm and relaxed. Helped us out and went out of his way to do so. I’d recommend these guys every time based on my experience with Raymond. I have an endless amount of good things to say about the service provided.

Raymond came out thru USAA and towed my car after a flat on I85. I was driving alone with my young daughter, and was very nervous on the side of the highway. He came quicker than the estimated time and was so kind and professional that he put my daughter and I entirely at ease. He made sure to take us to a safe place and that we were able to get picked up. Raymond really saved the day!

Last night, Raymond towed my Mustang to the Ford dealership. He was extremely energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took care of my "Pony" and stated he was careful to treat client's vehicles' like he would treat his own. Raymond was professional but his friendly demeanor made a stressful situation a lot easier and his confident manner put me at ease. We were hit on I-85 that totaled our pickup and trailer. Morgan Towing was called to remove the vehicles. Morgan Towing were awesome to work with over the next several weeks in recovering out personal items and working with insurance companies. We worked with several employees as well as the owners. They went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. This included working late in the evening and night as we removed our property from the trailer, well passed their closing time. They were always friendly and caring in our interactions. I cannot recommend them high enough for the service and understanding
