Becky is a fantastic property manager for my rental in Simpsonville. I've had other property managers over the years there as well, so it's simple for me to see the difference and how much easier my life is as the property owner with her managing it. She genuinely cares, she treats everyone with respect, she is well connected to service providers in the area to get work done promptly and at reasonable rates. She is firm when the situation requires it. I'm glad I found her, and will continue to use her for many years to come.

Friddle Property Manager, Becky, has been very, very helpful. I first met Becky during a viewing of one of her properties. The house was just what I was looking for and needed to give me a peace of mind. Becky and I talked for hours. When I need things fixed she has someone to come out. I had an issue with my bank account, and I did not realize it until I went to make my payment. Becky was understanding, and calmed me down. I was so terrified.
