The current state of healthcare is hallmarked by overbearing insurance companies, long waits to see your provider, and expensive procedures and medications which do not provide adequate relief. I strive to facilitate positive change with every interaction. As a physical therapist this comes in three ways. The first is to make a positive impact in your limitation be it pain, weakness, balance, safety, or range of motion. This can be done with many types of approaches. My approach is to listen to you and see if there is a pattern in your daily life.
When a physical therapist has a contract with an insurance company, the insurance company has the ability to dictate what the PT can do by controlling what services are reimbursed. As an out of network provider, we customize your care to exactly what you need, while still being able to apply your payments to your benefits.
Elevate Physical Therapy, Inc. has decided not to have our practice restricted by insurance companies. Over the past several years, insurances have limited physical therapists' ability to practice the best way they see fit by refusing or reducing reimbursement for certain services. In a traditional physical therapy setting, you can expect to be seen multiple times per week regardless of the need for it.

This has been one of the most positive experiences for my husband since his accident in October 2020. He looks forward to Dr. Jesse coming to work with him.

Jesse with Elevate Physical Therapy has been wonderful. He helped my son through a back injury. Then, he had several personal training sessions with him to help him prepare for the upcoming soccer season. He is always available if we have any questions and I’ve seen tremendous improvements during his time working with Jesse. Highly recommend Elevate Physical Therapy!

Jesse is very professional, courteous and efficient. We have worked together to help my back, legs and my balance among other things.
We have accomplished quite a bit including my strength, balanced walking without pain and sleeping position with added materials (pillows, towels etc) to align my body. I would definitely recommend Jesse and Elevate Physical

I was injured by a big dog.I could not walk and was in terrible pain.My Dr.said I needed PT.I tried another place in Gallatin was not pleased. I then called Elevate. The best call I ever made.Dr. Jesse came to my house. I went from wheelchair to walker and now using cane. I think I will be walking by myself soon. I had thoughts I would not walk again.Thanks to Dr. Jesse and his knowledge and God I will be whole again.I would go nowhere else.

We are so thankful for Dr. Jesse Davenport at Elevate Physical Therapy. He has been wonderful in getting my husband through a terrible sciatic nerve pain event. His kind and caring attitude, plus his knowledge and professionalism continue to give us encouragement and promise for a full recovery.
In-home visits are convenient, productive, and comfortable. His follow-up on visits is extraordinary. We have never felt that we were going through this alone.

Ian arranged a zoom meeting with my daughter when a local PT wasn’t readily available. The stretches and exercises he recommended helped relieve pain she was having in her patella tendon. He continued to check in on her and was very encouraging. Ian is super positive and always willing to help! We appreciate his experience and knowledge very much.
