Sports medicine is an area of rehabilitation involving athletes that is similar to traditional physical therapy but accelerated to promote timely return to sports. Rehabilitation of the passionate weekend warrior or seasoned veteran athlete involves specific progression of activity on a timeline that will safely promote healing while allowing maximal function and return to sport specific training.
Urban Physical Therapy is a provider for all major insurance companies and has contracts with workers compensation carriers for those patients injured on the job. We will file your insurance claim on your behalf and will expect to collect copayments from you at the time that service is rendered. A payment plan can be set up to make account balances more affordable if desired.

How can I ever express to you how much your physical therapy has meant to me and my maintenance of a healthy lifestyle? I never envisioned the intensity of the therapy to go from someone who could barely walk after knee replacement to someone who could dance down the streets. I am so happy I chose you to help me.

Had a shoulder injury that required PT. Casey was professional and knowledgable. He helped me regain full movement with my shoulder but also showed me how to avoid future discomfort. Cross my fingers I don’t need PT again, but if so I’m headed back to Urban. Was less expensive than other spots around town as well.

I met with Casey McGee yesterday for the 1st time for rehab after my knee surgery. He was so incredibly helpful in every way. He is very knowledgable, encouraging and patient. He explains each move thoroughly.
I also want to give a shout out to Wahine Vicky and Vicky! They are the initial face of the company and are extremely kind, patient, friendly and very helpful!!! Both deserve to be Directors of 1st Impressions!!!
I sincerely wish that I could have worked with Casey decades ago. I believe I will be able to achieve the best physical health I have ever had because of what he is teaching me

Have had total knee replacement surgery on both knees done one year apart at the Nashville VA. Oleg was my therapist for the first, and Casey for the second. The therapy was painless for both surgeries, and my results exceeded the Surgeons expectations. I could not be happier with my results. The entire was caring, friendly & courteous, it was always a pleasure to go in.

Great Staff! Friendly, accurate, answer the phone on 1 to 2 rings. Oleg knows PT. He helped me with a difficult, second repair to my rotator cuff. He supported me physically, but more important mentally. He took the time to explain what was going on - telling me many times (Kindly) slow down. Clean, well equipped. You get the one-on-one attention you'll need. I'd recommend his team. I've rehabbed several times (Knees, neck, shoulder) at other facilities. I'd come back!! But, hopefully I never have another appointment here (LOL). Lebanon, 60 year old male.
