I write this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. The rent you are paying to live here is not worth a half-working apartment complex with issues that aren’t being fixed in a timely manner. Consider moving elsewhere.
Boyfriend just moved in here and is regretting it. He’s made several maintenance requests to have issues like the garbage disposal and electric outlets fixed, but they have yet to come out and fix them after a month. He can’t even use the dishwasher without water coming from the sink drain, probably because the garbage disposal doesn’t work

To whom it may concern,
I am the tenant at Landmark at Pinecourt. I am writing the review as a last result before proceeding into litigation. I have made numerous attempts to gain resolution to this increasingly endangering problem.
Beginning on Sunday August 15 I noticed a significant sized puddle of water in my bathroom. I immediately contacted maintenance and was told the puddle was caused by rain water. To which no one came to extract that day. I took matters into my own hands and attempted to dry up the water. The problem never ceased and grew to cover my entire bathroom floor and adjoined

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The property manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. She did not have anymore units available so instead of her being honest, she gave me a old unit. She claim someone had moved out BUT the mailbox was over flowing, like no one had lived their in MONTHS. The carpet smelled like cigarettes', the apartment DID NOT look like the model room online, and one of the rooms had MOLD IN IT. The counters were damaged and glue back together and the laundry room was too small to fit a actual washer and dryer in it. After all of these issues the property manager was STILL trying to

The staff is so welcoming and very helpful in every step from start to finish. The entire process was done online and the only time I was required to be there in person was to view the property beforehand and to pick up my keys to move in. This was the most vital part considering I lived 86 miles away before my move. They not only delivered a 5 star customer experience but went beyond that and told me the counters werent to their standard and had all of them replaced before I move and updated my central HVAC system. I thank you for everything you do and i am sure this is going to be my happiest

It’s extremely quiet where I am located. Easy and convenient to work and family and friends. I believe I made the right choice so far. Just 1 or 2 little issues that needed to be and fixed and they fixed it promptly since I moved in. Hopefully it continues to be this exceptional.

The only star they get is for helping me realize faster how I will never rent here. We’ve called and left multiple voicemails asking for information and tour dates only to be told that we were the ones who were being non responsive. This raggedy office of misshapen employees or whatever they try to deem themselves professionally even LIED and said that they already sent information to the contacts we provided. I’ve seen some of the other reviews and they line up with what I experienced here. Invest your time and money Elsewhere for a living situation. You don’t want people like that managing

There was a light fixture outage above my apartment in the stair way. I submitted a maintenance request, within hours the matter was resolved.
Maintenance does a great job.
The office manager, Rachel is very sweet and understanding. She knows how to treat tenants and makes sure your living arrangements are comfortable.
She is exceptional.
My apartment is very quiet and calming. I absolutely love the environment here.

Honestly when I first saw this place I was excited to move in. Some of the office ladies were really nice. And made the introduction to the complex very pleasant. But after my 10 month lease with this apartment complex I'm excited to move out. They're has always been heating and cooling issues regardless of how many times you send in a service request and 80% of the time those get done two weeks later. I've had to source using my girlfriends washer and dryer because the onsite washing area is always disgusting. Always trash everywhere. It's super expensive to use them. The washers

Well let's be honest-every apartment you like you can't afford and every apartment you can afford you don't like. This is just the middle of the road and is still too pricey. If you are new to the area your local friends will knock you for living off Broad River because it's "ghetto". Well, yeah it is, but I never had problems. Great location and easy access to anywhere in Columbia. Don't move into one of the apartments that backs up to the woods. There are all kinds of critters that lurk. Snakes, mice, and larger rodents. The "convenient" trash service
