Overall this is a very good place and you should definitely consider it if you're looking for something on the cheap side, but also not too worn down or in poor condition. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment by myself as a graduate student for 10 months. I'll break it down in terms of the positives and negatives
* Positives:
- Very close to UB south campus (~7 min walk to Goodyear hall)
- Close to a number of convenience stores and good restaurants (this is a big plus if you don't have a car)
- Maintenance & admin staff are very friendly and do their job properly. Never had any technical problems

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS ROACH INFESTED. I literally moved out within 3 months of living here, that’s how bad the infestation was. I was given hell about moving out when the office staff knew ahead of time that I had a newborn baby. I had to speak to a higher up to break my lease because the office staff didn’t care. Please save your money and look elsewhere in Amherst, this place is not worth it and I promise you will regret it. The walls are extremely thin, it’s no dishwasher, the parking is terrible, & exterminations happen daily that obviously ineffective.

I've lived out here for years🏡 Ms.Lewis and staff are very professional & friendly 😊💗...something as small as a window screen needing to be fixed 🔨🔧🔩will be the same day no later than 2 days if they're not super busy...during bad snow days🌀⛄❄ the maintenance crew try very hard to have our walk ways/parking lots plowed by early A.M throughout the day and night....No worries about when garbage day is because theres dumpsters conveniently located behind our buildings..(Just Use Them)...and the area is safe👍 👍with many stores to walk too🚶 within 5 min.. I sleep

Do not try and rent an apartment from them. They will take your "application fee" and then give you the round around. I submitted all my documents a month ago yet when I call they claim they just received them. I have already filed a complaint since this seems like an ongoing scam. Beware!!!!

Tried to get an apartment with my cousin. We're both students. Unfortunately, they didn't handle our paperwork/ application processing in a timely manner and were weird with communicating things to us. We sent in everything they asked and then visited a few days later. Afterward we spoke with a woman named Janel and expressed our interested. I had to call a week and a half later because we hadn't heard anything and they claimed they had JUST recieved everything and would begin processing (😑). Then I recieved a random request for more information on the mail which 1) isn't my preferred way of

My brother and I can only thank the Princeton Court staff for all of their help and assisting with providing a nice place to live. It was me and my brother’s first apartment out of our family’s home and I’m happy to say that it was a good choice; I still recommend Princeton Court to any new grad/fledgling single Buffalonian :)) Everything is clean, well-maintained, very reasonably priced, structured and organized, and the area itself is very safe (for people with little ones too! Plus, the Amherst police are on point; nothing gets past them, and they are fast, very quick to assist with any

I am a student of UB. I was living in princeton court apartment in a two-bedroom apartment with my roommate for last two years. Currently moved into a studio apartment(princeton court) with my wife.
My experience has been pleasant so far. After living in different places i learnt few things: place of living should be safe;shovelling snow is a headache;bedbug is a big problem;cheaper rent means low quality insulation and higher utility bills. Princeton court apartment resolved all the above issues that i had previously. As i don't have a car and rely on bus, these apartments are very well located

Worst staffs I have even seen.
When I went to the office to apply one bedroom apartment, the staff there told me I was the first one to apply it and only one available soon. So I paid the $25 application fee. She told me they will contact me. But after two weeks, I haven't heard anything. I went to the office again. This time she told me my application form was just sent to their manager's desk. They haven't started process it. She also told me the one bedroom would be available two months later. She even lied to me she didn't say anything and she lied to me she didn't tell me I'm the first one
