In Balance Tai Chi
The old adage for dealing with stress was, "Calm the body, take a few deep breaths and clear the mind." That is the ultimate principle of Chi Kung & Tai Chi. Our goal at In Balance Tai Chi Studio is to communicate the health benefits of controlled breathing. There are hundreds of meditative Chi Kung breathing techniques designed to manage stress, rejuvenate one's spirit, while providing daily exercise with increased health and wellness.
Services
David Cunniff, a 1979 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, established In Balance Concepts, Inc. in 1997 following extensive training in myriad aspects of Financial and Management Accounting. Sifu Dave started his martial arts training in 1993, with Master Phil Sant, in Brewster, NY. Due to serious back injury in 1995, the healing arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung soon became a way of life.

Excellent instruction by Sifu Dave. A great spot to unwind and relax after a hard day at work. A ton of different tai chi forms to learn from some impressive martial arts lineage.

Highly recommended for the Tai Chi beginner and advanced alike. Many classes to choose from, night classes too. Master Dave is a great teacher and keeps it fun as well as informative. Best Tai Chi school around!

I have tried many different forms of exercise during my life, but nothing stuck until I found Dave and In Balance Tai Chi Studio. Over the past eleven years I’ve learned many different tai chi forms.
