We began working with Shane way in advance of knowing we were moving to Portland for sure. He was always available to show us houses, lead us around the neighborhoods, and provide advice on the various different areas or Portland.
Seeing the area through the eyes of someone who has lived here for a long time was extremely helpful in making up our minds to relocate.

This is the second time we have used Shane as our Realtor, and both times it was a great experience. Shane is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This time he showed us numerous properties, wrote multiple offers during our search, and was always on top of everything. Even meeting Contractors in our absence, going above and beyond typical service, as well as coordinating with the Mortgage and Title Companies for a quick closing. Shane also helped us get through the negotiating of terms with his expertise in the business, and he never put pressure on us even in tough circumstances

Shane helped me and my husband find our first home last year, and recently he helped me sell my dad’s home. He was very patient with me as I did the work to settle the estate and even connected me with folks who could help make the process easier. Shane is absolutely fantastic at his job. He is professional, listens to you and is a great advocate all through out the buying process. His knowledge of the area and of older homes made me feel very comfortable in the houses he chose to view. His negotiation skills are great. He helped us get closing costs covered and a home warranty paid for by the seller. I don’t think I could have negotiated that for myself. He has remained in touch after we bought our home, from helping us find an arborist to sending get well cards. We think of Shane not only as our realtor, but as a friend.

Shane is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Not only is he the nicest person, but he continually goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was always available for questions and concerns and remained calm, cool and collected during some intense negotiations. He also is an amazing resource for all the best places to go around town and even put together a 4 page list of the best restaurants near our new home. Shane's professionalism and calm demeanor is such a great attribute in home buying/selling experience. To say that he was helpful would be a huge understatement. Shane was excellent at explaining the process and I would have to say that he was also protective, not telling us things that didn't have a consequence at the moment so that we could deal in facts. He made the stress of the house buying process seem, well, not so stressful. And believe me, we had a roller coaster of issues, from losing our dream home to a cash offer to having it come back to us a few days later when the offer fell through

My home buying experience with Shane couldn't have gone better. Once we found the home I wanted, the process went so smoothly. He was available and responsive anytime I had a question and even had to go through some tough negotiations for me with the builders and the lenders - Always with my best interest in mind.

Shane did a fantastic job of helping me through my first home purchase. He balanced realism and optimism well and expertly coordinated a series of inspections and repair bids.
