I had a wonderful experience living at The Mount Royal; I had a beautiful, modern apartment, the buildings itself is well-maintained and safe, and all my maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner. I'd also like to give a shoutout to the management team, Courtney and Sandy, for always being responsive, friendly and incredibly helpful. One of the best places to live in the area!

I didn't wind up leasing here, but Courtney is one of the best leasing consultants/agents I have ever worked with! He was profesisonal, thorough, and knowledgeable about the building and surrounding community. If you are considering living here, it's worth a visit. Courtney will answer any questions you have, and will work hard to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with your housing decision.

I've never felt the need to leave such a terrible review, however, my experience with Cove Property Management has produced one of the most distressing moving experiences in my life filled with financial and emotional strife. For the readers, I would like to point out that this situation was not the result of any simple miscommunication. Before I agreed to signing the lease, I very clearly and deliberately discussed my desire to move into the unit with an unobscured view of the city. In fact, one of their property managers verified that I received the apartment in question, at which point I proceeded

RENTER BEWARE!!!! I lived here for a total of 4 months. In August of 2019 my entire apartment was flooded. I was still a new tenant so all of my birth documents and furniture was ruined. They told me “It could’ve been worse” and that “Maryland rarely ever floods. As a new Marylander I took their word for it. I asked the property to transfer me they said no, I asked to ensure that I wouldn’t have have mold and to place reinforcements to prevent another flood and they refused. After I reported them via letter, someone slashed all my car tires, broke my windows, and didn’t take a dime

As someone familiar with the area and newly moving in, I have to say I'm glad to be moving here. Management is candid and friendly. The prices are fair and competitive with whats around. What's great is that you are near Penn Station so you can ditch your car and take fun weekend trips. This building also offers great views if you're living on a higher floor. The building is old as well, so there is a lot of concrete and brick to reinforce the floors and walls, which is reassuring since most newer apartments take a lot of shortcuts in construction.

I have lived here for the past 2 years while completing my graduate degree and have had a fabulous experience! The building is located in a great part of the city that is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, Penn station, and the beautiful Washington Monument. I was fortunate to have moved into a top floor apartment and the city views were unbeatable (pictured below)! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and were always available to answer questions or address concerns. Additionally, any maintenance issues I had were resolved within a day. The building has also undergone some great
