DO NOT !!! Do not sign a lease to this place !!!!!! I emailed them to give a 60 day notice , they acted like they did not receive it thank god I have all my proof through email . I contacted 2 people to tell them that we are moving out the beginning of the month since our lease is up at the end of December!!! They still charged the full months rent . When I called them they told me that’s just how it is basically. They want u to pay over 1400 even though u told them plenty of times u are moving out and they do not want to prorate you because they are money hungry . So because we are moving out

Cobblestone apartments was my home for nearly ten years, it was a great place to reside, until Bridge Property bought and took over. Everyone that they sent had no real idea about how to treat the residents.
I’ve since moved out and received a text from the assistant property manager regarding payment for the last water bill, this woman knows I turned everything in on the 1st of November, yet she’s assessed two more days and try to make me think that I’m not aware of dates and times. It’s laughable because I write down everything!!!
I said all that to say, it was great until it wasn’t

I have been here since September 15. My apartment was not ready on move day. The about was full of roaches. Several things need to be fixed. Management is not what it should be. They only do thing when someone complain. My rent suppose to be 1335 here I am paying 1500 all because they have a separate company called conservice or something like that. I call this company and they tell me my bill is based off the whole apartment usage. Why the heck Am I paying for other. I have not used no heat but here it is I’m been charged 40 for gas on and my stove run off electric. I’m not use a fireplace

This apartment complex basically “gets the job done.”
DO NOT allow them to pressure you to sign the lease before you see YOUR apartment! They will say you have 24 hours to sign, but don’t do it! I was shown a completely upgraded apartment. I was told my apartment would look exactly like what I was shown. That didn’t happen! My apartment had none of the upgraded things shown to me that I specifically asked about and told my apartment would have those things! They did fix the stain on my carpet but nothing else was done as they promised! You would think rent would be reduced or you would

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX FOR ANYONE. I HAVE LIVED ON THIS COMPLEX FOR 5 YEARS AND FROM MY OBSERVATION NOTHING IS GETTING BETTER. Residents deserve to get what they pay money for. These are pictures of my apartment in August 2021 and they are showing damages from the February 2021 winter storm. Damages were not and still not have not been fixed. Same pictures have been given to management and also the district manager has done a walk through and still nothing has been fixed. I would be hard pressed to find a better staff that knows how to run an apartment complex. Trust me I've been into quite a few complexes. The upper management Are always willing to help no matter the situation, every time that I've had an issue, they fixed it! And for the rest of the staff, it’s the same, I can go in there at any time, knowing that they will go up and beyond to help. Keep up the great work.!

I enjoyed my experience with Cobblestone Apartments. The Staff is Professional with outstanding customer service. When I put in a work order prompt service the same day or the next day. The environment at Cobblestone Apartments was great place to live. I did not hear no gunshots in Cobblestone Apartments. And my car never got stolen or vandalism. I did not see any type of gangs in area. My neighbors was great an one neighbor is a Dallas Police Officer who spoke often.
