What can I say but that I really love my job. Yes its stressful and chaotic at times and yes covid was such a big part of this but we are still in it and we are here to take the best care of your family member just as if it was our own. We are getting better day by day and we will always try to provide the best care as possible. Some people don't realize that this is a really tough job and they like to post negative comments because they are angry about things but it does place a bad stigma on the facility because of maybe just one person. No one ever states the positive side of things. Maybe this

This place is a s#!+ show. If i could have given less than 1 star I would have. They will not let me put a review on Facebook or comment on my moms pictures on their page. My mom was "protected" from family and INFECTED with covid by staff. They do not take good care of the residents....should be shut down.

Very disappointed with the care of my mother. With the COVID restrictions I’m sure the care was not as good as it would have been if families were able to get in to visit and see what was happening. It took a long time for the call button to be answered. She would call me and ask me to call the front desk for help. I called the front desk one time and a patient answered. On the weekends, no one answered. When I talked to her on the phone I could hear yelling and loud laughing in the hallway. After nearly three weeks we moved her home and hired home caregivers. She was much happier.

The front desk employees are very friendly, but after you leave that area... it's nothing but nurses talking in the hallway while patients are yelling for help. My grandmother & I come here occasionally & we always encounter residents that need help. So we kindly go out & tell a nurse & 90% of the time they storm off without saying a thing to us & "help" the person.

Extremely disappointed in the care my father received in this facility. After 3 days he said he refused to eat or take meds if we did not get him out. We visited daily. He would call home for us to come help him. We would find him soiled and wet, laying in his on waste.
Staff was ok, but management was rude and no compassion. They were
not happy or helpful when we fulfilled his wishes of getting him out of this place. They refused to give the hospital records from when he was discharged a few day prior to their care.
Because his condition had deteriorated while in this facility. We had to put

5+ years ago this was a great place, however, the change in ownership/management has brought negative changes to the facility. Quantity over quality is reflected in their day to day operations. Very disappointed in the lack of sensitivity and compassion by management in regards to the treatment of my father during his last days before he passed away.
