A&G Property Services was founded by Gilbert and Angela Moses in 2010. Gilbert served for over 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired in 2006. Gilbert received his Real Estate License in October of 2002 and his Brokers license in 2009. Upon retirement, he was hired to manage the Century 21 Davalos in San Antonio, Tx.

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

I can’t say enough great things about A & G Property Services. Gilbert and Angela are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the homeowners and buyers they work with. I would never have imagined that renting out a property and then selling it from the other side of the country could be completely stress free and easy but A & G literally take care of every detail. A & G Property Services is a high performing home management company and I would highly recommend them to all our friends & family. Gilbert and Angela managed our rental property for about 4 years. They were very responsive and we never had to worry about a thing. They are honest and truly look out for your best interests. Gilbert also just helped us sell our property and the process was seamless on his end. I highly recommend A&G.

Angela and Gilbert are the best! They managed my property from 2014 to it's sale this month. They were so effective that my wife and I would forget at times that we had a house in San Antonio. That said, I would most definitely recommend A & G Property Services for anyone looking for a property manager, real estate agent, and/or rental. They're first on my list if I ever come back to the area.

I have been working with Gilbert & Angela Moses since 2015. They were the best property managers we've ever had, and we went through several with our house in Florida. They selected great tenants that paid on time and didn't tear up our house. All maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. They found tenants quickly each time someone moved out.
