Mr Fenbert was the only one to give me a call back when I reach out to him early saturday morning the same day my finance had a bond hearing scheduled that afternoon. He was able to get him a bond within the next couple of hours putting everything together in 45min before coming in front of the judge. I recommended him he is very responsive. I was arrested for DUI and UUW . After speaking to over a dozen lawyers , Richard stood out from the rest . Very knowledgeable and straight forward . Richard was able to quickly het my DL back and although court was halted because of COVID , he stood on top of it and constantly kept in communication with me . He advised me on my options and was subsequently able to drop both the DUI and the UUW charges . Rich, is my HERO!!
On a battery charge brought against me for a verbal confrontation I had with a store worker and evidence stacked against me with store edited video footage + one eye witness and even the arresting Police offices in court to testify against me. I thought it was over..!!!
For my surprise Rich handled the case like a pro and asked the complaining witness the right questions on trial and seamlessly made the complaining witness look like an absolutely liar in the eyes of the presiding Judge.
