The starter went out on my car and the dealership said it would be a week before they could take a look at it. Esty's took it the same day and had it ready to drive the next morning. They said that someone had stayed overnight to get it done which was incredibly appreciated. They were friendly, efficient, professional and helpful from the start to finish. The prices for the work and parts were also reasonable. Thanks again to everyone at Esty's.

We were driving through and started having car troubles, we called Esty’s about 30 minutes before showing up and they assured us they could get our car fixed and back on the road that day! We aren’t from the area and we’re just on our way home to Oregon and received the most professional and quick service, replacing both my car battery and alternator. Definitely recommend!!

My experience was very positive and professional from start to finish. They remembered me by name even though it was my first time in. They did a full all around inspection of all critical components and noted any questionable things that could be a hazard in the future. Once completed they sent me a link to see everything for myself with pictures as needed. It was very easy to follow and comprehend. They also printed out detailed, easy to read estimates of each problem. It was all broken down so each job could be done separately as needed. All of this cost a little over $58 as opposed to $70 or

My car broken down on I-5 while on a road trip across country from Seattle to San Diego. Our tow truck company recommended Esty's Auto Center and the reviews on Yelp gave me reassurance. This shop is very professional, clean, organized, and reliable! They were able to help me the same day and replaced my alternator and got me back on the road. I will always use this shop. If it does not need fixed, they won't fix it, if it does, they will recommend it. I have these guys to be honest and very good at fixing. I have used them several times and have been very happy. I was certain that I had a huge problem and prepared to pay big bucks, he fixed the issue with just an adjustment.

I'd like to recognize David and his ability to give me a quote for the service I requested over the phone. Very straightforward and informative. I've spent all day calling around to auto shops; waiting for returned calls on quotes, frustrated with the common answer of "we need to inspect the car first ". Very thankful for David's customer service and the time he took out of his day to help me. The only reason I'm not going to take my car to Esty's is because the date of service is too far out since I need the service done asap. Will consider future appointments with Esty's and be glad to have them

We brought our truck in to have a bunch of things taken care of that has really needed work. From Emily to Dave they were extremely nice and charged a fair price. I thought I would never find another mechanic that cared about our vehicle and charged a fair price after we moved to Longview. I had a pre purchase inspection done at Esty's and the help i got from Taylor was exceptional. She made an extra effort to coordinate the work, as i was out of state and relied on her good will to make it all happen. The service was worth every penny as i found out how much work the F-150 i was looking at needed. Highly recommended!

I gave myself a couple weeks to think on it because I would never want to impulsively give negative feedback. I took my car in for a headlight not working and the auto locks on the driver's door not working. I had tried changing the bulb myself with no results. Apparently the original bulb just wasn't connecting, because they took the old bulb, plugged it in and it worked fine. They said the part for the door was $2000, so I declined. My bill was $167. The dealership charged me roughly $140.00 for a diagnosis.
I walked away with a list of things that needed to be repaired. Six thousand dollars worth of work that needed to be done. However, I felt like it wasn't right.
I called up Esty and they were able to give me a second opinion. Free of charge!
After his inspection he calls me out and shows me everything he found.
I left the shop feeling well informed and greatful for the help.
