Shayne is the man. I admire someone with enough pride to put his name on the repair business and respect a fellow Veteran and family owned business. He took a look at the rotors and said we better get started ASAP. He wrote up a quote with and without calipers. He stated that sometimes after compressing the caliper again to fit new pads in they will sometimes hang up.

Fired up my 2002 7.3 to head to the beach for my girlfriend’s birthday on a Saturday morning and noticed fuel leaking from around my fuel filter. Called Shayne’s and the said bring it by. He diagnosed, had the part delivered and repair completed in under an hour. All this without an appointment for someone he’d never met! Great work and even better customer service! Thanks Shayne! You saved our beach trip.

I have personally worked at and witnessed good things at this shop. Shayne does everything he can for his employees and customers! He is always trying his best and many people take advantage of his kindness. He bends over backwards for everyone to make sure everyone leaves happy and leaves with a good price. Though maybe not everyone leaves happy, that doesn’t mean he didn’t try his hardest to make things work. Sometimes things happen, can’t be perfect all the time. Again, doesn’t mean he doesn’t try his best. He has went through a lot and had a lot taken from him
