David is experienced and he seems to genuinely care about his clients. In this market, I think there are way more agents out there than there are buyers. And most agents are nice and thorough by default. However, what sets David apart from the rest is that he is willing to go the extra mile for his clients regardless of commission. I am going to highlight this because how many other agents are willing to prioritize their clients' needs over commission?

From finding the house, to negotiating the purchase price, to locking in a lower interest rate, to haggling over credits, and to locating the right people for our renovations, David was a huge help.
