I asked around to a few well connected operations people that I respect in this industry and two of them said you have to check out Alchemy! ALL of the TCs who work there are top notch!

Great service, attention to detail, transaction knowledge and timely responses are just a few of the areas where The Alchemy Company stands above other TCs. The Alchemy Company of transaction coordinators are the best! I have worked with other transaction coordinators in the past and can tell you that Anna, Mindora, and Brooke are the best out there. I had the privilege to work with Anna exclusively when she 1st started the Alchemy Company in 2006. When she added Mindora to her team I worked with her a couple of years and was happy too with her awesome work ethic and help. If you are looking for a TC--seriously look no further. I've used various TC services in my real estate career, and they were all "fine." I was on the other side of a transaction, and the other agent used Alchemy TC. I knew I had to have these ladies on my side. My TC, Brooke, is incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and keeps every detail of a transaction moving along perfectly. I am so thankful to have happened upon them. Without a doubt, Anna Lovec and her professional team are simply the best, most experienced, and client service-oriented Transaction Coordinators I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
