Pioneer Preschool provides a caring and loving Christian environment which encourages children to develop spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively, in preparation for Kindergarten. We have been in operation for over 36 years! Occupational play units are offered one week a month to allow preschoolers the opportunity for role-play.
Our full sized gym is turned into something special and all children participate during their gym time. For students with an anaphylactic allergy to an ingestible food, then the entire classroom will become an allergen "free" zone. Allergy parents can work with their child's teacher to come up with a safe snack guide for the classroom.

Services
A preschool teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a clean, safe, fun, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate program that is in accordance with state licensing and follows Ohio Content Standards. The teachers have training, experience, personalities, and professionalism that makes Pioneer Preschool what it is.
All of our classes enjoy large motor skills and dramatic play activities and fun in our full size gym and outdoor learning center (weather dependent) every day they attend school. We have monthly themed Occupational Play units in the gymnasium. Some of these unit themes include: shopping plaza, pioneer days, space, vet clinic.
All enrichment classes are scheduled 6 week sessions from 11:30-12:30 PM on school days. The children will have an opportunity to "chill" for a few minutes, use the restroom and be taken to the classroom for the appropriate enrichment class. Parents can then pick up their child at 12:30PM. Please see your child's teacher for a registration form and class offering sheet.

Pioneer preschool is a very loving and nurturing environment. The teachers and staff go above and beyond every single day. As the mother of a child with food allergies, trusting anyone to watch your child can be difficult. However, Pioneer preschool did an amazing job of exceeding any expectations we had in dealing with this.
