Absolutely love this place! It was so welcoming when I first arrived and the studio is super cute with great vibes. All of the instructors and staff are awesome. I would definitely recommend trying it out, even if you don't know much about yoga, it'll get you hooked!

The instructors and staff are incredible people. They truly care about your experience and that you have a good time. My favorite instructor is Reid Murphy. She teaches a Mixed Flow Yoga class every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30. I would definitely recommend taking her class. She is amazing at articulating what the moves are and what you should be focusing your energy and thought towards. She also plays the guitar and sings at the end of each class. This place is incredible. I am not one to leave reviews, but Yoga Mix deserves all the praise possible. I began my yoga journey here a couple of months ago. Each time I leave a class, I start getting excited for the next! I went for the $99 unlimited monthly membership. TOTALLY WORTH IT! Especially if you like to go often. I am green to all of this and never have I felt judged or out of place. The instructors are encouraging and kind. Do yourself a favor and sign up. I'm so glad I did!

I really want to give this place 5 stars after my first class with an amazing teacher Lauren, but as someone from out of town that doesn’t live here I biked there this morning for a class that thought was at 930 and got there at 920- it actually started at 915 and they wouldn’t let me take it. Working as a yoga and fitness Insturctor I always let ppl come in especially if they’re new or out of town so I was definitely very upset and the you g women I was talking to was very cold and not friendly at all!!! Love this place, really great classes with skilled teachers. They have done so great in the pandemic with online classes and with keeping the studio safe and clean! Love the YM boutique too, and the app makes it so easy to see the schedule and book in quickly.

Loved our sound bath experience! Everyone was extremely nice and the place was clean. Certainly will be back.

By far the best yoga studio I have found! All of the instructors have amazing flows and really push and challenge you in all the best ways! I leave feeling like I got a great workout in with every single class! Super clean and they have the best clothes and gear in their shop.

Came here to try yoga for the first time ever to see if I would even like it. They used to offer a free first time or discounted price for college students but I got charged $18 for one time. Besides that the actual yoga and instructor were pretty good.

I've been going to Yoga Mix since they have opened. I love having it within just minutes of my home and the teachers are all very good.

Feeling so refreshed after Carrie's Yogalates at noon today. The day started off cruddy, but has since turned a 180 thanks to an amazing instructor and her beautiful message that I absorbed 100 per cent of. Thank you Carrie

I live on the Westside of town, but have found myself out that way recently and decided to fill my time with some yoga. I'm so glad I did! The studio is great. It's tucked away, but I like that because that means you don't have to drive around for 15 min looking for parking. I attended the mixed level classes 3 weeks in a row and loved it! I've had three different teachers, all of whom had their own style, but all were knowledgeable and welcoming. Nicole, the owner, is the heart and soul of this wonderful studio tucked away in a strip mall on third street in Neptune Beach. I've been a regular for over a year and have been so enriched by it. The price plans are so affordable, and the classes are varied and plentiful. Every type of class is offered, including special workshops. I highly recommend.
