It will be a power vinyasa flow combined with weight exercises in order to tone and build muscle, along with cardio in order to boost metabolism and burn those extra calories.
A relaxing, gentle and nourishing class that promotes greater well-being. This class offers deep restorative work with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so the body naturally relaxes into poses that are held for several minutes while encouraging passive stretching, improving range of motion, joint mobility and reducing the effects of mental and physical stress.
A slower paced practice that releases the body and mind by slowing down, taking support from props and the ground, and concentrating on the spine, hips, and legs. This practice aids in sleeping, supports organs and automatic functions, and sends calming waves throughout the nervous system. You will leave this class feeling longer, more relaxed, and as if you've had a deep massage.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Red Skies Yoga! The studio itself is always cleanly, the staff/instructors are always energetic and creative with their classes, and the variety of class selections has something for everyone. I started off with a 10 class pack when a friend recommended I come try the studio with him and now him, myself, and two other friends of ours all have monthly memberships, coming as often as we can. Can't get enough! <3

I love this yoga studio! I have only taken a few classes but all the staff I've met and the other clients are all kind and happy. There is great energy within this studio and its members. The studio itself is beautiful and a wonderful place to practice yoga. I am so happy that this studio was recommended to me!

This is such a beautiful yoga studio. I love the decor, it is so inviting and peaceful. I have only tried the power yoga and slow mixed flow classes so far; all great classes. I have experienced 3 of their teachers and all have been knowledgeable and different which I like. I highly recommend this studio for all levels. (I've been practicing yoga for close to 10 years now.)

I love this yoga studio. I unfortunately started after COVID and am only getting a glimpse of how the studio used to hold classes. They are doing a great job with screening and trying to social distances us all. I've been to other yoga studios in the past and paid twice as much but never felt as welcome and comfortable as I do here. The instructors are all so nice and willing to take a moment either before or after classes to help with poses and modifications.
I recommend this place to beginners all the way to advanced. You go at your own pace and push as much as you feel comfortable with

Red Skies is a beautiful studio. Details were not over looked and it really makes the whole experience lovely as you walk into the front door. The yoga room itself is calming and warm easy to to roll out your mat and settle in. I took a wonderful yoga class with Rachel on Monday.
I walked in stressed and overwhelmed with the holiday season in front of me. I walked out calm and ready to attack my todo list. Thanks for creating a such a warm inviting space. Can’t wait to try other classes.

Wonderful workout and wonderful experience! Heather's class was AMAZING and the atmosphere is very calming, yet energizing! Warm and inviting. These are the first words that pop into my head to describe this studio. Not just the decor and feel of the space but the people too. The studio is decorated beautifully, simple and elegant. All of the teachers and the owners are equally warm and inviting, too! Nice place, well trained instructor however I found it very odd that there was no disclosures that the class I signed up for was going to be "hot" and that for unknown reasons they play music with vocals louder than the instructor's voice, thereby directly competing with the class leader. I could only understand about every 3rd or 4th word she was saying. Class was very frustrating non the less. I just don't understand why when your instructor is already low talking one would play music so loud communication is at best difficult. The only enjoyable part of the class was the

What a gem on Hodges for legit yoga! I am increasingly obsessed with their Sculpt & Flow class: It is a workout in every way and I am always a bit sore the next day so I don't feel like I'm cheating my exercise day by doing yoga. Also the early classes are perfect for busy schedules!!
Jess is a great Instructor and has been my favorite so far. She is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed as a first timer. Also she doesn't assume everyone's ability/stage and continuously mentions options to modify to challenege or soften your practice which I truly, truly appreciate

The studio is beautiful. Originally we were supposed to be at hotel palms but the weather moved us back to the studio. They did well to communicate it via email. Maybe a texting system would be more efficient and timely. I’ve never been to the studio and didn’t know anyone except the entertainment for the night. It was a packed room so everyone got to know each other I think. It would have been nice to have a small introduction from the instructor for any new comers or newbies to yoga. But overall it was a great experience and a beautiful setting. Everyone was smiling and friendly and so kind

Right as I walked in, I felt such a positive energy from the people and environment. I was nervous, being it was my first class but shortly after arriving, felt right at home. The instructors are very sweet and helpful, if you’re unsure of what to do they will kindly come over and help you. The music played during the class fit so perfectly and kept me focused. After my first class my body and mind felt amazing! This studio is definitely worth giving a try!

Red Skies is one of the newest studios on the yoga block. I'm not intentionally setting out to try them all, but it does seem like that's how it is playing out. A dear friend of mine was calling Red Skies the new home for her mat so I had to check them out. Especially since her first class would be on my birthday.
Destination tip: if you're coming from the south, you will actually need to pass the complex and do a u-turn to get back to the entrance.
The studio is on the 2nd floor - so grab the elevator in the hall and you're good to go. The lobby/waiting area has some bench
