So was going to get an apartment through The Foutains but decided it wasn’t really what we wanted and it has been over a month and a half and I still have not received my $300 security deposit yet and it’s ridiculous it is 2020 and this place does not have a system that works any faster? I’m so glad I didn’t rent thru this place and if I don’t get my money back I’ll be taking the Foutains to court here soon 👎👎👎

Can't recommend. There are too many areas where the apartments and grounds are neglected compared to how much time seems to have been spent renovating the leasing office and other things that don't generally benefit the people living here. There have been price increases we well, and management has changed 3 times since I've moved in 3 years ago.
Edit: Changed from 1-star to 2-star because maintenance and the office staff are generally very helpful and kind. The turnover rate for management is still way too high and there are too many negative aspects to The Fountains to recommend.

Moved in here last July, Got a renewal letter on my door for another year lease. They went up 10 percent for no reason which is absolutely unheard of. So instead of my 900 a month rent they want 990. Plus our 60 a month pet rent for both dogs. So the paper says 990 a month which we thought ok 30 a month increase that is fine but really its 1050 a month which they try not to show you on the renewal. What a joke. In years of renting ive never had rent go up more than 20-30 bucks a year. This place went up 90 dollars per month after 1 year. I can see why the apartment across from me was vacant for

I recently sold my house and was nervous going back to living in a apartment. Dino the leasing agent was so kind and made our leasing process so simple & stress free. I love our 2 bedroom apartment. Love all the extra details. USB outlet ports, fancy light fixtures, stainless appliances and our view is great. Maintenance has been very friendly. I only have had to enter 1 work order but they came in the same day to repair. My neighbors are great and I love that our hallway gets cleaned weekly.

Moved in a few months ago From Hidden Lakes Apartments and love it. Couldn't be happier. Very affordable and great location; close to 28th St and close to getting on the highway if needed toward downtown (off cascade rd). Staff is always nice and polite. Devin is very helpful and does what he can to accommodate any needs you may have. They are pet friendly (up to 2 pets) and also allow visiting pets as well. Generally a very quiet neighborhood/place to live.

I recently signed a lease with the fountains. I'm very impressed by the staff in the leasing office. Amy and Mary have been extremely helpful with the whole process. From helping me choose the right floor plan, to getting me moved in with short notice and turning the unit very quickly. Amy has been very good with following up and making sure everything is in order before I move in. I would recommend the fountains to anyone looking for a great location and a friendly, accommodating staff.
