Jennifer & Mila are consummate optical professionals. I have a weird prescription, and am picky about my vision. Other opticians have had problems getting the lenses right. Jennifer gets it right every time.

In addition, they work hard to control the costs. They explain in detail how your insurance and the optical industry work, so you can make an affordable choice.

I really do not recommend this store. Such a Bad experience!!! Do not do any glasses or lenses in this place. Of course, Mila at first was very nice and told me that my coating would cost me $ 125 or that I would make new lenses at the same price with insurance. I decided to go for new lenses. When I picked up the glasses I noticed that they had completely distorted the shape of the glasses when they tried to return the lenses and the number of the prescription was wrong. After I said to mila that the glasses took on a different shape than what I've brought her and the prescription was wrong

Awesome customer service.... Truly Outstanding! Tons of hip frame styles to choose from. Lenses can be prepared on site.... I left with the gift of sight!

I stopped by this optometrist because I needed a repair & had questions about getting colored contacts.

Mila was polite & knowledgeable. She answered my questions about colored prescription contacts that another optometrist couldn't. I would definitely come back again.

This is the place to go for all your eyewear needs. I was extremely pleased walking in and out of that store. The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond. The product is amazing! I have never felt so welcomed and helped in a boutique. I will be coming here again and again. Jennifer and Mila are just wonderful!

I was in need of a new pair of glasses so I thought I would stop in and take a look at their selection. The staff was super helpful in my finding just the right look and fit I wanted. I ended up also buying a pair of designer sunglasses since they made me such a great deal on the total price, I couldn't resist!!

Came in when my glasses were stepped on mysteriously in the middle of the night (I suspect nargals)

Met with a friendly hello! From the front desk worker Crystal instead of the sneer I expected for walking in 15 mins to close on a Friday.

I had a few options to go over with her but we settled on putting my lens into my old frames.
They were done by Monday and cost me $15. Y'all I am seriously impressed my glasses look brand new and I saved a bunch of money.

This is the place to go if you need fabulous eyewear and excellent service. They have up to date styles and technology to fit you in the perfect pair of glasses. They can even update your old fames with new lenses! On top of the new sunglasses I bought I had new lenses put into my old frames. The staff is out of this world. They strive to meet your needs and then some! I wont be going anywhere else!

Broke one of my favorite sunglasses snowboarding. Came in and Krystal fixed them in under 10 mins for a great price. I thought it would be 5 times that. Go see Krystal at Val's! Great super fast service.

Val's Optical is a 5-star optical store. Professional, great selection, great value. The times I have been there, Jennifer and then Mila have been so helpful. Prices are reasonable, but the staff is what makes Val's such a great place to rely on when it comes to eyewear. I can't say enough about Val's.

Val's is like no other Optical store. Amanda was so helpful and seen that I got exactly what I needed. If you want a pleasant and professional experience. I strongly recommend Val's Optical were your needs come first.

I came here to get my glasses adjusted and didn't have cash to pay the $2. The lady declined charging me $2 on my credit card and told me to have a nice day. I will definitely be coming back here when I need new glasses and would recommend everyone to come here for all optical related things.

Sign in window says they open at 10AM, so does the voice mail. So I took time off from work to go there. Arrived at 10:05...NOBODY THERE! Waited 25 minutes. Nobody ever showed up.
Come on! Is this any way to treat customers?
Also, I find it odd that they do not post the price on the frames they sell. This makes me suspicious that the price you pay depends on who you are.
On the upside, the service is pretty good...when they show up.

Beth and Jennifer go above and beyond their job to make sure there customer is 110% satisfied. Their customer service is impeccable. They are always smiling, so friendly and kind!!! They find you the best deal and at the best prices and help you select frames that will work for your style and budget. They also helped my husband who had bought frames online get the proper lenses for them and fit them perfectly. And got them back to him in record time!!! Thank you so much for your passion for your job and all your help! I will return again and again!!!!

I dislike "usual" glasses.. Jennifer took a lot of time helping me find glasses and sunglasses which had style and fit with my face very well.
I also ask a ton of questions which she patiently fielded without a roll of her eyes.

A great place for quick and friendly service!
I recently visited Val's for the first time and found their prices, service and frame selection to be much better than my previous visits to the "mall type" optical stores. I didn't get the pushy salesman trying to sell me the store but instead received a pleasant discussion with a knowledgeable gal who's name was Mila. She has this cool machine that accurately measures you for the clearest vision possible. My new glasses are a perfect fit and I've never seen more clearly. Jennifer is a must see for your eye issues. She has a true passion for her profession and it shows. True there are less costly options, ( her rates are very fair ) yet less cost doesn't mean a great deal. I found that jennifer knows the optical world and goes beyond just selling you a set of glasses. The discount stores have order takers. It worked for me until i met Jennifer and she took the time to explain how it all works and here are my options.. My daughter has a tumor on her optical nerve and needed special attention. I called Jennifer to see if she could help even though my daughter lives

This place gets major kudos. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, especially Jennifer who went above and beyond to assist me. She really knows her stuff and made sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed for my prescription in a timely manner. I was visiting from out of town and needed a replacement because I stepped on my glasses in the hotel room and this place was nearby. She accommodated my schedule and provided first class service. Even though there were quite a few customers also being assisted, I received plenty of help and was treated in a very personable manner
