I have been a loyal customer to this business for many years, and all my previous positive experience was with the previous owner who retired last year. I was told the son took the business over, but I still thought the good professionalism would carry on.
What a big mistake: I called to make an appointment on 11/4, was told Saturday appointments (11/13) were full but it was highly likely that someone would cancel so they put me on wait list for a 11/13 noon appointment. I got a call from the office a few days later confirming I got the appointment and in the call nobody ever mentioned I need

The website shows online appointments, but office staff will call you to actually setup an appointment?
Note: Staff will ask you for a lot of personal info over the phone including SSN. If you're concerned about your privacy, maybe make the appointment in your car, empty meeting room, etc.
FYI, there's a dog in the office. I didn't know there was one until after I arrived and then was paranoid that I might come in contact and have my allergic conjunctivitis flare up.

Fixed my son't vision after several years of others not. We went to Saratoga vision and he was prescribed progressive lenses - for a ten year old, and Dr. Daily immediately pointed out that his two eyes had such contrasting vision - one near and one far and fixed it immediately. My son has not complained since. I also see him and he's super friendly and honest.

Both Dr. Craig Daly and Dr. David Daly are very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Craig caught a condition in my husband and referred him to an opthamologist who was very impressed that he had caught the condition when it was barely detectable. Early treatment made a big difference in the outcome. Also, they are friendly and caring.
