I have a couple of Units in an apartment building I rent out. My representative from Davis Mgt was Marko Oblak who was fine for a couple years while apartment rentals were easy. This year has not been as easy.
One of my Units has been empty for two months——no rental income at all! Marko informed me at the end of the first empty month that the rental market had “softened “ and we should lower the price——- he told me that at the END of the first vacancy month when we had little chance to rent it and suffered a second vacancy month, as a result. I am wondering why he did not have this

I was going abroad for some time and wanted to rent out my home but was really worried. Should I handle everything myself or should I hire a property management company? A friend recommended Davis and I’m happy I took her advice. It’s been over a year now and I’ve had no problems. I get my owner disbursement deposits on time and I’ve never had a complaint from a tenant.

I had a great experience with DPM so far. Since last summer they started handling my property after I moved out of state and they have done a great job.
They found a tenant within three days with a year lease. The tenant just moved out last month after the lease ended, and they got a new tenant within a week with a rise in rent. I am very pleased.
They are quick to send people to take care of the house, such as AC and heater problems.
Overall, I think they are a very good company and very experienced. I will likely have them help me with my next investment property.

Looking for a property management company that can be trusted is so hard nowadays. That is why DPM is highly recommended. They have been my partner for a long time, and so far, I never had a bad experience.

Renters beware. Davis Property is slow to respond to most requests and problems. The day that I moved in, they forgot the appointment and left me stranded without a key. I had to drive to their key box in the U District to get my key because their staff members were on vacation. In the mean time, my movers had to wait. I have had major maintenance problems and it takes them days, weeks or months to address them. For example, my house sitter accidentally tripped the breaker on a Saturday in February and could not get into the garage to turn it back on. The refrigerator and was out of power and the

I've been leasing from a building managed by DPM for a couple of years now, and we have been satisfied with their service and quick response in every issue we encounter. I like the team at DPM office and the security personnel, as well as the other maintenance staff. They are always polite and react well to our repair request fast and always get the job done — a pleasant, peaceful place to live in. The apartment is in a great location, which I love. DPM is overall very accommodating and cooperative.

Thank you DPM repair team for going beyond fixing my bathroom floor and my light bulbs. You guys did a great job, and I'm pleased! Your repair person is expert and fast in fixing the issue. I wouldn't stand another day without my bathroom. It is my favorite place in the house. Even if I reported it so late, you guys still manage to take care of it in the most professional manner. I had a great experience with Davis Property Management. They are very professional and responsive. We rented two homes from them and they always took care of us. DPM is great to work with, they reacted to my repair request promptly. On top of that, the apartment is being cleaned up every day. Highly recommended!
