We used VIPS Catering for a small gathering of friends and family after our COVID delayed wedding finally took place. With little time to make arrangements and our initial Catering choice NOT responding to our requests and inquiries we contacted VIPS and Josh was ON IT from the first contact through menu selection, delivery, set up, and pick up of VIPS supplies. He LISTENED to our wishes and preferences including an EXCELLENT yellow cake and came through with flying colors. Food was great, price was right and the whole experience was outstanding. Once again, VIPS Catering does not disappoint! Excellent customer service from the ordering process to delivery personnel. I never have to worry about whether or not my catering order will arrive on time as they’re always arrive early. Also, food quality/taste is great!

Conducts very poor business. I suggest you cater elsewhere. I asked them to quote an event for me, week of the event they suddenly call me and ask if my event is still on and they need my cc information immediately. Scammed me into thinking they were the company I actually had requested, unwilling to meet me half way when I explained the error.

VIPS' service was perfect in every way. I relied on VIPS for not only food catering, but also tables, napkins, utensils, cups, chairs - you name it - for my wedding reception. I highly recommend wedding venues and couples. VIPS was clear and honest in their communications of logistical and administrative parameters; timely in delivery of milestones; responsive to e-mails and phone calls; flexible (even to ad hoc requests on site, which I made), artistic in their presentation of food, friendly but also professional; and, of course, served only delicious food and desserts.

I absolutely love VIPS. They're dependable and always on time (actually, early). The ordering process is easy and the variety is endless. They are always accommodating of changes / I'm a pain and often seem to order late. The drivers are friendly and helpful. The food is always good and the presentation is perfect.

I, too, work for a major law firm, in DC. After trying several other recommended caterers, I have learned to depend on VIPS for everything from a hot breakfast to a client reception. Sometimes, planning 10 meals a week.

Meal planning is so fluid, yet, VIPS makes the changes, painless -- everyone are always friendly and professional.
