This is an amazing community with many great staff members! I love the amenities that are offered by the Langston, such as the study rooms and gym. I also appreciate that the Langston has popup events such as this week everyday the are offering different foods at the office.

Ahmed was an amazing tour guide and was super informative during the tour. Answered all my questions surrounding the security deposit, co-signer requirements, and amenities in which they had to offer. Would definitely recommend this intelligent young man for a tour to anyone who’s looking for a personable consultant who knows what they’re talking about.

I'm not generally one to leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to share my honest review of the Langston so that others do not have to endure what I did while living there.
I lived here 3 years ago when I was 24 . I needed a short term place to stay and found a sublease for the a single room in a 4 bedroom. I have a service dog and use a wheelchair. It's generally difficult to find accessible housing so I often settle for mediocre. With that being said, here are some of the main issues I dealt with here.
-I was not informed that 2 of my other randomly assigned roommates also had dogs before

Watch out for this place!! Aside from a totally screwed up & disorganized management & website, they are very practiced at giving you their practiced answers/excuses as to why things happened or didn’t. Communication is horrible - except for when it makes them money or works to their benefit. Bryce in Maintenance is a great guy. Don’t believe anything the front office or property management tell you; document & follow-up! Went to move stuff out of son’s & Canadian roommate’s (who cannot cross border) apt today. Got 2 calls on way there to confirm, arrived less than 1 hour later & apt had

A great choice if your a student. I know a few others who work nearby and live there and absolutely love the convenience and style of apartments they have are bigger then other places like god forbid the domain, and the edge have dorm size like apartments compared to the full apartment styles they got.
Idk i really like this place and would recommend it for anyone wanting a great place to stay for school, relocating, work. A bit cheaper then other places ive seen too

I like this place a lot. Their apartments were nice and spacious, especially their one bedrooms.
It’s probably one of the most convenient ways for a student to live considering I’m a mechanical engineering major. The engineering building is literally right in front of the Langston. Every engineering major that values convenience should definitely check the place out. They furnished too so that’s a plus fr

My experiences with the assistant property manager named Andreas has been executional. His response time is wonderful as well as his hard working attitude. He comforted me knowing all the answers to my questions. I believe Andreas is asset to your company and your community that he serves. I think he is doing a great job!

I liked my stay here a lot! I will miss langston a lot but I recommend it for students who wants to live on campus! The parking could be a little cheaper and the appliances should be updated. Everything else is good! The maintenance is fast and helpful!

Moved in a month ago and immediately had to put in a work order for new blinds and a toilet seat, neither has been replaced yet. Additionally, I moved in with the impression that I'd have access to a grill only to learn that it has been broken for more than a year and every time I ask when will it be fixed I'm told "the part is on back order." Not sure what part takes that long to get here...

The worst part of it all is that the buildings are not secure and video cameras are scarcely located - probably to save management money.

The staff members that work here are nice, but

If I could give zero stars I would. When I moved in the apartment was not clean at all and there was food still left in the cupboards and dirty socks left in the dressers. The hallway is filthy and the walls are paper thin. The 'high speed internet' goes in and out every five minutes and takes forever to load the internet to the point that my roommates and I had to get our own router. My window doesn't have a screen, my shower rod is rotted, my roommate has a burn on her bathroom counter top that they refuse to fix. I could go on forever, do not live here it is disgusting.

Do NOT live here. This is the most mis managed apartment I ever felt with! They lure you in by saying you can have 2 months free, knowing you are a student and leave in May, they make you pay for the full year. Our air-conditioning blew the first month we were there (july!) We waited 2 months for it to be fixed as they put a monster sized portable unit in our living room plugged in to our electric which we had to pay for! They promised us a parking space. We were put o a waiting list. We never got one. But we had our car towed ($200 later) and had 5 street parking tickets because we could

Not worth the $800 a month that I am paying to live here. The windows are insulated poorly, letting in the cold air and a lot of noise from the street below. Things break easily and take weeks to get fixed, no matter how many times you call or put in a work order. Most of the women at the front desk are rude and act as though it as an inconvenience when they are asked to do their jobs. Parking as a whole is such a mess, and guest parking passes are very limited, so you either have to pay to park or risk getting towed by parking in the Langston lot. The apartments are nice enough, but I will definitely

Great place to live. I don't live in the main building where the undergrads live so it's quiet. Parking for guest is annoying, but that's is my only complaint.

This place is a piece of trash. The insulation is very poor, the walls are paper thin and there is constant noise. In the winter they don't even have a plow truck and have to use a 4 wheeler to plow. They plow your cars in. Also, for how much you pay per month and for a $50 parking pass (per month) you would think that they would offer guest parking, which they do not. My family has to park on the streets of Cleveland whenever they want to come visit me. Also, everything is falling apart. The first month I was living here the towel rack fell, the hooks on the back of the doors would

Place is built like garbage, be prepared for highest electric bill you've ever had. For Jan. it was 150.00 for a 700 sq ft apartment. Windows are not double paned and there is no insulation. Apartment is constantly freezing. Leasing office is no help, they focus on leasing and once you are locked in they couldn't care less about your problems. They also do not offer guest parking despite having half of the lot open, they keep saying they are waiting to see what the retail spaces need, but they are months away from being completed. Apartments look nice, but the quality is terrible.

I am a college student at CSU and have not had a great experience living here. If my roommates would allow it I would move back into the dorms. The rooms are basically the same set up as the Euclid Commons Dorms, the management is horribly slow and when you ask something of them I have had to ask more than what is needed. Our layout was nothing like what we thought we were leasing for and have had missing furniture since we moved in and they still have not replaced it. I wouldn't waste my money here for what you are getting it's not worth it.
