We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling the inspection was easy and Dan had a quick turnaround in any questions we had. Our home inspector Leland was friendly, extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had through the process. We had a report the same day as the inspection which was very detailed and easy to read. I would highly recommend Keystone Home Inspection Service.

Lee was very courteous, extremely experienced & knowledgeable.
Treated my home with respect, and told me a few things that he saw, that I did not know.
Charge for his service was very reasonable, & method of paying was easy, including printing off a receipt.
We will most likely ask him for his services in any future home inspections.

I can not say more good things about Keystone Home Inspection or their inspector Daniel Lauria. The inspection was done quickly and thoroughly which showed how much knowledge and experience Daniel had in the inspection process. During the actually inspection we were able to be there and ask as many questions as possible while being able to see Daniel's rubric of what he was inspecting. What really shocked me was when I asked about repairs needed there was so much more knowledge that he shared with us. In the end we received the reports quickly and have been able to turn those around for a counter

Dan is the owner of the company and he recently inspected a home that my husband and I are in the process of purchasing. He was very easy to work with, very thorough and detailed, and made the entire process less stressful for us. He took time to explain everything in detail to us and he has a flexible schedule.
