Tom was extremely knowledgeable and provided detailed information during the inspection along with helpful pictures in the report that followed.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. He went above and beyond by providing important details about the a/c and heating, structural aspects, every electrical outlet, ongoing maintenance, and even taking the time to test the dishwasher and show me how to change the furnace filters.
The service he provided was beyond what I was expecting.

Tom was EXTREMELY thorough in his inspection and that's what you want when your the buyer of a house. He caught things I would have never dreamed of and informed us on the best ways to rectify the issues. Trimmer Home Inspections was recommended to us by a friend for being incredibly detailed. We weren’t able to physically attend because we live out of state and needed as much information as possible via report. We are MORE than impressed with how meticulous Tom was! The report included information and pictures on pretty much every inch of the house. Even my real estate agent, who works with tons of home inspection companies, was shocked by Tom’s diligence. It's been a huge relief being able to easily understand how to move forward under difficult circumstances.

That's being generous. Beware!! He did an inspection for our buyer that cost me over 6K dollars. Failed my septic 3 months after local septic company passed. The contractor that replaced it said he broke the lid and couldn't inspect w/o pumping and that wasn't performed at the time of inspection. The local company that pumped and inspected 3 months prior said the same and stated there was no way it would fail in 3 months. The system was dated for 40 years and was approximately 20 years old. He left part of my home open unlocked and unsecured when he left. Not sure what mail order or cracker jack
