Stephanie in the office was really chill and friendly. I paid the app fee and applied. Then another lady called me after approved and said i had to pay $100 admin fee to hold the apartment. When i got the lease documents they said I had to sign them within like 5 days or I lose my price and thats what I thought the $100 was for. The lease also showed these apartments are Allowed to be smoked in. They said that was normal, I've talked to over a dozen complexes in this area and all are smoke free. I elected not to sign the lease because of this policy. I had no reason to expect them to allow smoking

Adding to my previous review, I've never been at a apartment where the receptionist is obviously doing the best she can and maintenence is taking their sweet time fixing my washer. It's been a week sense it broke and I understand their first key to my apartment wasn't working and I wasn't able to give them my key to make copies until yesterday but I was told it would be taken care of that same day. I stayed in my apartment all day with no one coming then I went to the office informing them, then was told it was going to be taken care of first thing today NOW we need approval for repairs from the

I've lived at the invitational apartments for a year. My neighbors in my building are quiet mind their own business. The few times that I needed something fixed maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. I had a problem with visitors parking under the carport in my parking spot. I reported it. The office showed great concern. Haven't had that problem anymore. Janet and the office staff are great. Nice place to call home.

I have lived her for 2 years and I love it. I just put in for a transfer to a 2 bedroom and l am looking forward to my new apartment. The apartment manager Janet is awesome and very helpful and the maintenance staff has been great. I have had no safety issues and have always been treated like I matter. Great place to live. I definitely recommend The Invitatiional.

I would be lying if I said that my apartment was perfect but I have also lived in worse. The thing that makes this apartment complex worth the 4 stars is definitely the staff. I have had nothing but excellent service and any issue that I had they we're extremely attentive and took care of ASAP. I was told that there would typically be a 24 hour turn around on work orders and they have not disappointed. They are consistent with follow ups and they do whatever they can to best serve me as a resident. I highly recommend them and have on multiple occasions.

Was here for about a year. Overall it was fairly good experience. The staff were extremely friendly, as were the maintenance workers. Whenever a maintenance request was put in, it was fixed very quickly and professionally. I would give it 5 stars, but the only real issue I had while living here was that my apartment flooded 3 time during my stay. Thankfully though, maintenance got there quick, and the situation was handled. As stated before, my overall experience was fairly good.

Lived there for about 4 years, went through a management change. The new management are extremely self righteous and will try to throw any blame for anything back on you.
It was quiet and nice when i moved in, yeah those neighbors left and in an attempt to fill the apartments it seems they just took anyone, super loud, cops being called, fighting outside, none of them lasted too long but it shows how incompetent the management is.
3 years with a barely functional AC that they refused to fix (would say they would come by then would not, later saying they fixed the issue... when i took off work

This place is AWFUL. We have been living here for almost a year now and we absolutely HATE it. Our AC in our apartment had been out for over a month now and the front office staff refuses to fix it! So temperatures reach 90 degrees on a daily basis in our apartment and we are completely miserable. Throughout this past year, we have had issue on top of issue and almost none have been resolved for us. We have had hundreds of nasty beetles in our apartment and it took weeks to get anyone out here for pest control. Parking is a nightmare (even if you pay for a reserved spot).
