This company is a scam. They advertise on Zillow and they are the worst. I never moved in the property because of false advertisement. They advertise the property has washer and dryer but they don’t. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. Bathtub was rusted and toilet didn’t work. When I asked the representative/agent Diamela Atención-Ray to explain and to get the bathroom fixed before move in she told me I need to take the house as is, they won’t fix it and with regards to the washer and dryer she said non of their properties have them even thought they advertise they do. Invasion of Privacy. Will photograph your personal property without your consent and without notice.
Semi-annual inspection was done and the inspector came in and began photographing my personal property. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be contacting Legal Services.
I was not made aware beforehand that photographs of my personal property would be taken. Nor does my lease permit photographs to be taken. Nor did the inspector ask to take pictures of my personal property.

I was denied because I don't meet income requirements; however, according to my income documents, met their requirements with some room to spare. When I called their office and left a message, I never received a return call. It's a near impossible task to speak to a live person- I was only once able to speak to a live person, she promised that she would have someone call me as soon as she arrived at the office. I ensured she had the correct information. I never received a return call.

I have tried for 11 days to get someone to call me back regarding a rental application I put in online the day a property was listed. No response to voicemails or emails. Single mothers do not have $45 to waste on application fees. Also, per the request I uploaded paystubs and documents and now I feel I've been scammed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Head my warning, they will take your application fee and never return your calls or emails. Filing BBB Complaint.

I can't get a person on the phone. They have homes for rent but no one to help when it comes to renting. I'm spent, the homes are going so quickly for rent in my area and it's been tiring every day trying to find a house. I wish there was a LIVE person and not a stupid recording that spins your in circles. It's a shame to even feel so defeated that I have to leave a bad review. Work on the communication and maybe this wouldn't be such a negative review.

My stay at 2759 Rothe Lane was an enjoyable experience. This house was really a home. Everyone who came for a visit were impressed by the open concept, layout, how nice and clean it was and the surrounding area. It even has a fireplace. Whenever I had a problem, it was addressed immediately and followed up with a phone call to verify if all was well. I will always recommend RENU Property Mgmt to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
