If you run into hardship, they are not willing to work with you. The pandemic started, My hours were significantly reduced, a loved one died, & it all sent me into a mental breakdown requiring treatment. I was hospitalized for about 3 weeks. Of course I fell behind on my rent. I applied for rental assistance and received an application number that I was told to also give to Wilmoth Group so that they can fill out their part of the application. I sent SEVERAL emails to the Wilmoth Group & called them several times with my application number, they promised to get to it. I then received an email saying

Wilmoth has been a great property management company to us. They are very responsive with maintenance issues and are prompt about getting things fixed. Whenever we have had questions or concerns the property manager is great at getting back to me in a timely manner. They are a great company to rent from all around!

These apartments would be great to live in if this company were more concerned about quality of tenants and the integrity of these apartments and less about money, let m explain. When I first moved in things were awesome but then Wilmoth began to rent to those from mental illness homes which has caused a great deal of chaos on a daily basis involving the police. Hi use reached out to property management here at Wilmoth and even texted one of te owners on his personal phones about where to complain and to NO SURPRISE no answer AT ALL. As of the last 4 months or so the quality has definitely been

We have had this rental group for a few years. As renters, I love knowing I can easily contact someone whenever there are issues in the home. We feel very well cared for and they approve major fixes, getting them taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

Since the Wilmoth Group has purchased this building all of the needs of the tenants in this building Labor Center Lofts at 1125 S Walnut Muncie, INDIANA have been very well taken care of and our needs responded to very quickly. They are a pleasure to work with, and their maintenance group MELD is also incredibly helpful regardless of the time of day or night.
It is easy to pay your rent with a quick pay link, no hassle, and they keep the outside of the property up so we all have a beautiful place to call home. I highly recommend them, both to renters, and investors.

I had just moved into a rental house through a different property management company, but after a month of living at the rental the owner of the property switched over to Wilmoth group , I was not given very much information other then the new management would be in touch. I had received a letter in my mailbox with some missing information, so I called Wilmoth group the man I spoke with was very professional and helpful he got everything taken care of for me so I could pay my rent on time. The second time they called me was regarding a health department issues about trash being in the alley I expressed

I would recommend this property management. Very professional. I submitted my application and got approved within a week and got move in within weeks. I applied 8/30. Got approved a week later and moved in a week later. They were very professional in the process of signing the lease and receiving documents. I was a little angry on my move in date, because I was suppose to move in that morning but they never sent me the code to unlock my box. So I waited and waited hours til they finally sent me the code around 3pm or 4. Then when I began to move everything, I arrived to the home and the code wasn’t

Due to the pandemic I am working from home, while searching for a new property one of the request I had was enough space for a home office. Wilmoth provided that in the property I ended up choosing. I turned one of the bedrooms into a home office and it has proved to be extremely proficient for my day to day operations.
