Since 1999 Custom Eyes Vision Center has been providing eye care and eye-wear to our patients throughout the Baton Rouge area. We are a complete eye care facility and a favorite for LSU students. Our patients are examined for glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, as well as evaluating their eyes for changes due to diabetes and high blood pressure.

Unlike a vision screening or other general eye test, comprehensive eye exams evaluate the entire health of the eye. They also help the optometrist or ophthalmologist determine your unique prescription. Comprehensive eye exams should begin as an infant to ensure proper eye and vision development. Ongoing eye health examinations at regular intervals are also important as many eye diseases and vision changes can occur without warning signs.

Really good eye place! They take care of you extremely well! I love this place SOO MUCH! Definitely will come back!!! The people who run this place are SUPER NICE!!! I needed to find a new eye doctor, so I tried out Custom Eyes. I was very pleased with the entire visit. The doctor and staff here are incredible. Dr. Durlacher made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed during my first visit. I would recommend anyone in need of an optometrist who genuinely cares about the patient try them out.

Custom Eyes Vision Center provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that keeps the process easy going and casual. Dr. Durlacher is very willing to go above and beyond to help her patients leave the clinic better off than when they walked in. I got my first pair of glasses through this clinic, and I am very happy with them!

Dr. Durlacher and her staff are wonderful! So friendly, helpful, patient. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable - from helping our daughter with styles to taking the time to explain our insurance coverage. Reasonably priced for cash payers as well. A wonderful example of local business and patient centered healthcare.

I needed contacts last minute before leaving for a trip. Dr. Dulacher and her staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—even 40 minutes before close on a Friday! I also got to browse their frames selection. In addition to a beautiful selection of designer frames, they have a section that is $70 for both frames and lenses! They made a new client today.

I recently went to Custom Eyes for new glasses and left very pleased! I absolutely love my new sunglasses and loved the price tag!!! I was able to put my eye prescription in my sunglasses lenses and it still came out cheaper than just the glasses at other opticals!!! And I liked the one on one attention I was able to get here. I left with a complete understanding of what I need to do to take care of my eyes and glasses!! Thanks Custom Eyes for all your help!!!
