Dr. Eric Thai opened Premier Eyecare and Optical in 2007. Before that, he attended Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, La., where he obtained his bachelor's degree in chemistry. Dr. Thai continued his education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn., and graduated in 2005. Dr. Thai's understands the importance of maintaining a high level of patient care and customer service.

Went in for a regular eye exam and new glasses. Dr Thai spotted an anomaly during my eye exam that he wanted me to see a specialist for. He was concerned enough that he sent over the scans he took of my eyes over to the specialist for a future visit. Well the specialist was very concerned by what he saw and asked that they send me over immediately. Long story short, they found a partially detached retina that they did immediate laser surgery to repair. Staffing was wonderful I felt very welcomed when I walked in everyone with Pleasant and the quality was just amazing they compromised with your availability with your current concerns technology all-time better. I have been going to the same doctor since I was a child and up until today I no longer will be going to that facility anymore and that’s because of them just an amazing experience amazing customer service no negative reviews no negative comments everything was wonderful I suggest everyone go and see them

My 5 year old son is in severe need of his glasses, we recently moved out of state and I have called Premier Eye Care to get his prescription faxed over to another eye doctor so he could see during his first year of school. Weeks has passed by and it has now been over a month I have called them over 4 times and every week they lie and say they sent my baby prescription but never do. My son is complaining everyday about headaches at school and his eye hurting because they refuse to send my son prescription that he severely needs. He is only in kindergarten and its so much he is missing out on because

You are in good hands at Premier Eyecare & Opticals. Everyone is friendly and kind. The doctor takes time to get your history and answer questions. The staff is helpful as well. They helped me pick out frames that fit well with my features and were thorough and patient with my questions regarding upgrades.

I absolutely love this place! They are always so professional and friendly. I had an emergency with I eye and went in the same day with no Hesitation! Theo was a little wait time due to the fact school has started back up for this year, which is completely understandable! I give this place a 10! Thanks again for taking care of me!
