I think the experience may depend on where you're located. Up the hill near the leasing office may be better than down by the baseball field.
I had an issue with my mailbox and the guy was great at following up. However, prior someone stole my catalytic converter off my car in the middle of the night. I had let management know and asked they inform the other tenants since this crime has risen over 3000%. No response or warning email.
I was told that baseball was only in the summer, a couple days at most and doesn't go past 7 PM. Unfortunately, it went through towards the end of fall, was most

Nice complex and nice people working there. It's one of the few non-smoking communities in the area, and management makes sure they send out reminders whenever necessary. There are lots of trees all around, and it's close to trails! Our one bedroom is nice, has quartz countertops and a fireplace! The only thing that would make it better is more windows.

I just moved out recently after living here for the past 6 years. Great location, very little traffic, hardly any noise from neighbors, and the best part. They gave me my full security deposit back after I moved out. 2 of the 5 times I renewed my lease the rent didn't increase; the years it did increase it was by 50, 100, and 100 respectively. Considering the rents in other parts of Bellevue, no complaints here.

One thing I noticed was the increasing number of dogs in the complex. Personally, I don't mind dogs so I didn't care but I think Kelsey Ridge advertises as a "

Stay was ok, only concern was security.
My car was broken into and when i complained to manager she did not even took any action and said it is common here.
if you include cameras or any security then i would rate 5 star or else i would not suggest this place, ended up staying only 45 days in this apartment because i got scared everyday since that incident.
I stayed in APT J202.
i was not sure how to edit, i saw manager's response and it was mentioned no damanges to car lol
they tried to get into the car and damaged whole drivers side door.
it took 7k dollors worth of repair(Land rover).

Online they’re currently offering 1 month free rent and apartments 200-300 dollars cheaper than when I moved in. Which is understandable considering the pool and gym are closed.
If you currently live here and are struggling because of the current pandemic, expect NO help or understanding.
If someone parks in your spot, they don’t tow so you’re pretty much free to park anywhere. They won’t even ask for a license plate to figure out which resident it is.
Highly recommend, it’s a pretty good price right now.

I have lived here for the past 4 years. Absolutely loved this beautiful complex and would stay longer, but had to relocate due to needing a bigger space. It's in a great location, very close to downtown Bellevue. Staff have always been responsive to any needs.
Great experience overall.

Lived here for 2 years, bottom floor up against the greenbelt. Had some moisture issues and always had to have a bucket of damprid in my closet. Location is fantastic for the Bellevue/Factoria area. Maintenance was professional and took care of issues promptly.

I lived at Kelsey Ridge for four years; as of 2019 I have moved out, but not for any negative reason (simply a change of scenery).
Since even before I moved in, Kelsey Ridge staff have been excellent. Individual staff members have come and gone (in fact, everyone but the property manager has changed, I believe), but everyone has been friendly and helpful, making even mundane daily interactions a pleasure.
The property is adjacent to a baseball field that is frequented from February through October each year by schools and other local teams. While audible, it has never particularly disrupted me

After four years at Kelsey Ridge, I am moving; however, this is not due to anything bad, simply a change in scenery.

Everything from my initial review remains true. Aside from the heaters not being very winter-friendly, I am beyond happy with my experience at Kelsey Ridge. The staff have always been friendly and receptive, and make daily interactions a pleasure. The noise is not overbearing -- occasional baseball games and sirens, but nothing too disruptive. I've never even heard anything from adjacent units (except flushing water in the bathroom pipes).

One thing I am not too happy about

This is in terms of current availability and services. Yesterday 11/6/2015, I visited the office staff (two ladies), and was informed by one lady that there probably will not be any units available until late December or January. In terms of friendliness of the staff, I was not offered water or coffee. I was shown a unit (by my initiated efforts) and was out the door in less than 12 minutes. I wasn't shown an excel data sheet of when units may become available. I wasn't explained nor sold on the complex, grounds, amenities, etc, or why I may hold off and choose Kelsey Ridge Apartments

Management is nice and the price is reasonable ... but they had a pest problem. Not only did rats get into my unit but also into my car (which was parked undercover).

They got into my car through the undercarriage - and chewed up the majority of my wires etc. It's an issue that the complex is located right smack dab in the middle of a forested area I think.

Unfortunately i have to give this place at least one star. Where to begin. I realize there are many good reviews, this place does have some things going for it however...if you do live here keep in mind rent will go up and it will go way up before you even have time to realize it. Second, dont plan on getting much sleep if you live on the side that is next to the park, games will go on here until past 10 p.m. on any given day of the week and start very, very early in the mornings on weekends and they are LOUD. Many of the attendees at these games will also try and use the parking lot, leaving

I lived here for about 2 years when we first moved to the area. What attracted us to the place was that it is pet friendly (yay!) and also that it has a washer and dryer in the unit - very important!! The kitchen was fairly upgraded including dark granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom had a lot of square-footage (visitors always commented on that!), and the bedrooms were a decent size as well.

I really like how the complex is located in Bellevue kind of between all the hustle and bustle of downtown and a bunch of other places: good location overall. We didn't want

It's obvious that Kelsey Ridge Apts isn't as fancy as ones you see in downtown Bellevue, but they make up for that with the friendliness and service they offer.

The office staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you to whatever you needed. Plus the repair service was prompt and very friendly, all in all the whole experience made the ease of moving up from california a lot less stressful than I imagined.

I had a one bedroom apartment, with roughly 669 sqft of space. it had new appliances, new carpet, a covered parking spot and a view of trees and some baseball field, to

I stayed here with a friend for about one week as I moved to the area seeking a place. The complex is nice and secluded nested in the middle of a green belt. As a guest, the parking was always free and plenty so parking is always available for extra guests. The staff in the office are extremely nice and helpful in assisting me to figure out my living situation. I didn't spend much time in the club house, but I know there is a keurig!!
The unit I stayed in was cozy. The key things I noticed in the one bed unit was the extra cabinets and counter top in the bathroom and the kitchen. There
