Ok so I just moved from there after living there for only a year. The only reason I left is because I am starting a family and wanted to get away from Everett itself. The town itself could use some love and there is plenty of crime all around.
The reason I bring this up is this place is almost a little haven inside the town. They are kind, very helpful, and despite the crime that can sometimes leak into the complex it never really affected me personally too much. This is a great place to live and very affordable. I’ll miss living here and thanks for a great stay.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FRONT DESK
Me and my family have been living here for years. Theft is terrible here. My sisters catalytic converters got stolen. Constant broken windows on cars that are in the parking lot. We asked the front office multiple times about the theft and they said they can’t do anything.
The staff does not care at all about the residents. Horrible community here.

I moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at the Wildreed about a month ago. I feel like I been here long enough to write a review and I will add on if anything changes during my lease. Warning this will be a detailed and long review.
Pros: The 3 bed/2 bath unit is very spacious, big windows allowing a lot natural light, newer stainless appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms, walk in closets in every bedroom, brand new carpet, linen closet in the master bedroom and an actual laundry room! Also with the abnormal heat we been having the ceiling fans definitely helped us stay cool

I hate to rate Wildreed as 1 star as I loved living there and the place was amazing BUT…
When we moved out we received our final bill they changed the date of our move out because they were outside the 21 days required to return our deposit. When we called them on it they admitted to it(calling it an accident). Well that was over 45 days ago and still no refund of our deposit. They’ve admitted they owe it, have claimed “corporate missed it” weeks ago, it was processed last on the 14th and they will check on it and call me back…that’s now happened 4 different times with no call back

We moved here a week ago and although the apartment in general is great, we are having a lot of issues. The day we moved in the apartment was completely dirty. Only one bathroom was In used due to a clogged toilet and busted shower. Took Maintenance way too long to come fix it, and on top of all this our washer smells like animal urine/mold even though they’ve cleaned it twice now and we’re still waiting to hear back. It’s bad enough that the door stays close and we had to throw out a whole load of towels due to the smell. Despite all this the apartment is great, tons of space and super friendly

The whole experience of moving into The Wildreed Apartments was great! The staff is super friendly and my apartment is everything I was looking for. The amenities are freshly renovated and seems like a peaceful, family oriented, and wholesome property to live at. Carly and Kendra are great consultants and I'd highly recommend either for assistance with your future home!

I was a little leary moving in almost two years ago just from some of the reviews. BUT I loved the split floor plan (bedrooms on opposite ends of the apt) the big laundry room and great size living room! It is apartment life, but the management staff is great and always quick to respond to needs or questions. The complex is super convenient to many stores and restaurants too! I really have enjoyed living here and feel safe!

We have lived here for almost 3 years in this apartment complex, we have had derelicts enter our patio and steal off our patio table in broad daylight, my wife is disabled and parking is a nightmare to have access to your apartment especially her.. my wife now we have no microwave and 90 per cent of kitchen outlets blown out we have guests and family coming to thanks giving dinner and have to wait with baited breathe if we can have these things working before the holiday. this is unacceptable and atrocious and mgmnt not fulfilling their contract agreement but yet want their 1600 monthly rent on

I lived here for 4 years and the first couple years with constant changing management weren't good, but the last two years they finally got some solid management in there and ran the place wonderfully. Always responded to my maintenance needs. Kellie and Molly in the office always took care of me and my issues. The amenities are fantastic and always in shape. My neighbors became like family as well. It's a bit expensive to live there, but I feel like you do get what you pay for at the end of the day.

I'm giving Wildreed apartments a four star rating. Under new management I've noticed the following improvements;
* Newly painted pavement.
* Upcoming complete renovation of the gym
* Security for the property
* 24/7 accessible secured Hub lockers provided for packages you order.
Overall a nice quiet place to live!

If I could rate less than one star I would.
The residents of this location do not stop when leaving the driveways of the apartment complexes on 100th, the ones located on the same street as the UPS Shipping center, IRS, Lazy Boy Brewery, and GeekChic buildings. I understand there is parking on the street allowed, however whatever system is in place for individuals leaving the driveways on that same road is ridiculous. In May I was hit on the front side of my vehicle and it was in the shop for repairs upwards of a months time, during which the replacement vehicle I was using almost got hit three

I should have known that this wasn't the right place to rent from the beginning. When we went in to sign our lease the printer broke, not a big issue we can have it sent via email. When looking at the lease online the lease had the wrong information on the lease. We rectified their mistake and went down explained the issue and they fixed the lease.

This place is the WORST!!!!! Over priced!!!!!! 1455 for an apt is ridiculous when you have a hippo living above you !!! The staff is RUDE and very unhelpful!! There are bums living in the stairways and behind the buildings and even in the bushes surrounding! This place is just a cover up for the "Jungle" which is where every crack head in town either lives or comes for their drugs!!! Crack heads roam the streets all night, this is a very unsafe area for children and i have also experienced theft from my patio!! from bikes to furniture!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst
