Owners Mike McMillen and Kyle Tucker began with a passion for the ART of slow smoking on "stick burner" pits, A.K.A the "hard way". From 16+ hour brisket cooks in fires fed with real hardwoods local to our region, to our classic BBQ sides painstakingly prepared from scratch in a way that honors the diverse flavors of our city, we are as proud of our product as we are the authenticity of our art.

Had Brisket Houston Catered my company thanksgiving event and they were awesome. Mike made sure that we had everything we needed from plates, set up, they really cared about the details to make the experience smooth. Of course the best is the food: A Mix mouthwatering of Texan and Cajun dishes. We loved it. Thanks Mike

By far the best BBQ catering and food truck in Houston. There BBQ is outstanding. The brisket is moist and tender, the pulled pork is excellent and if you catch their food truck, you must try the Train Wreck!! Iāve never been disappointed with any of the many BBQ foods they have to offer. Always great customer service and very professional.

Last night Brisket Houston came by and since I've been craving BBQ, I had to stop and try it. The menu is simple but has a good choice of items including BBQ sandwiches and BBQ tacos. I decided to try the pulled pork sandwich and it came with a side of slaw, pickles, and onions. The first thing I noticed was how HUGE the sandwich was! It tasted AMAZING š¤¤ the pulled pork was smoky and juicy and the BBQ sauce complemented it perfectly. It was such a good sandwich!!! If Brisket Houston is around you, you HAVE to try it!

Tried a few of the menu items and they're all great! The jalapeƱo poppers were delicious and I m not a jalapeƱo lover. It covered all the bases: meaty, creamy, spice and sweetness.
I can't decide if I liked the brisket egg rolls more, so I'm calling it a tie with the poppers. I kept going back and back for more.
The train wreck 'nachos' was a train wreck of deliciousness!

I've had these guys cook for 3 different parties and it's stellar! Brisket and pulled pork were awesome but what was cooler was they showed up with some BBQ Boudin (which I didn't know existed) and it was unreal! They clearly have more than just your standard BBQ game and I will have them out again, for sure.

Some of the BEST food I have ever had. You can really tell how much these guys enjoy what they do through how amazing their food is. They are professional, reliable and incredibly easy to work with. If you have an event, tailgate or even just dinner that you need some seriously delicious food for give them a call. I am the pickiest eater I know and I have absolutely loved everything on the menu prepared by this crew.

There is a lot of love in this bbq! They have catered two events for us. The brisket is perfection, the sides are also a treat. No one leaves hungry but they all leave with leftovers. An experienced chef using locally sourced fresh ingredient definitely makes the difference. I Recommend the bbq bodain as it's the best I have had! it makes a great appetizer to serve before the feast!

Seriously the BEST bbq in Houston! The food is always hot and delicious, and the service is top notch. We have used them for couples showers, house parties, tailgates, and even my niece's wedding. Our guests always love everything and rave about the food. The Brisket Houston guys are also great to collaborate with. They are open to special requests and can make so much more than just barbecue. Hand down the best food I've ever had! I've worked with Brisket Houston on several occasions to cater parties for my office, as well as other personal events at my home. Mike and Kyle are incredibly professional and truly enjoy what they do! We've tried everything from brisket and carnitas to pulled pork, and it's all delicious. For our office Christmas party, we went with beef tenderloin and turkey, along with some amazing BBQ chicken and pulled pork appetizers. My staff raved about the food for MONTHS! They handle everything and are always on time and courteous. I highly recommend them for ALL
