I would highly recommend Dr. Hara to patients of all ages. She took care of myself and my teenaged sister, and we both had an exceptional experience. I used to go to the Walmart clinic for years before moving to town. After seeing Dr. Hara, I didn't realize the kind of customer service and care I had been missing out on.

I had to change my eye doctor since my previous doctor retired. I had a great first visit with Dr. Jann Hara. She knows her stuff as she knew my contact lenses were old since it was scratching my eyes and she suggested that I get new lenses. She made sure my new lenses were 100%! She is an awesome doctor!

Quite happy with Dr Hara's service. Pretty easy to get an appointment, once there she took care my wife and I quickly and efficiently. Her office takes care of the insurance paperwork. Because my wife wears contacts, we did have to pay a small fee (around $20) for the contact lens check. Everything else for the checkups was covered by insurance.
I wasn't too impressed with her selection of frames (as a participating doctor/provider, her frames are covered by my vision insurance but of course she's got a much smaller selection than the optical shops) so I decided to go back with

Very bad experience .After consultations she said go home and in a week I will call you to pick up your eyeglasses .She never called,so I went back to see what happened ,she said oh I need few more days.Finally when my eyeglasses were done I could see nothing with them.She is unprofessional and arrogant .

Been seeing Dr Hara for many years. Love the location in Ala Moana shopping center inside Paris Miki. She pretty much runs it by herself with some help with the sales people but she is friendly and a doctor I can always recommend which I do, I sent any of my friends looking for a good eye doctor to her all the time!
