I rarely write reviews, but HHI went above and beyond for my home inspection. I was looking to purchase an older home that had some serious damage to the foundation, so I called Nathan at HHI. He immediately responded to me and with my very tight deadline was able to come out the following day to do an inspection. His partner MJ conducted the visual inspection and talked me through everything he was seeing. Inspector Michael (MJ) was very thorough and professional. He found an issue with the electrical panel of a house I was considering for purchase. If not corrected the problem could have had dangerous consequences. The seller was unaware of the problem and quickly had a licensed electrician rectify the issue. Without the inspection I'd have been clueless. I highly recommend the services of Huntsville Home Inspection.

Nathan and MJ were the best home inspectors I’ve ever seen and I’m a mortgage lender. Professional, knowledgeable, great communication, my wife and I will never work with anyone else. The follow on report was off the charts thorough, with detailed descriptions and photos, which allowed us to move quickly with he contractor to get repairs done before listing our house. Nathan at HHI has been great to work with. He’s now inspected 6 properties for me, one of which was a 40 unit apartment! In one instance he pointed out some seriously deficient systems which led me to cancel the contract and save a ton of money.
As a person, Nathan is respectful, professional and truly wants to help you. He explains all of his findings and makes himself available to answer questions.
Forget this review and just consider that I’ve used him 6 times! You don’t do that unless they’re good. I highly recommend Nathan at HHI!
