I already posted a review about the terrible experience I had with how unprofessional the owner was and how the poor inspection caused cement in a pipe to be missed. Fast forward a year and a half later to having an inspection from a different company this week after listing our home - the bathrooms exhaust fan terminates you the attic. There is no duct attached or terminated to the exterior of the home. Now I have to deal with that in order to close. Wonderful. My realtor tried recommending Mcneese to me for the inspection of the home I’m buying - laughable. I wouldn’t recommend this business

The home inspection was seemingly thorough. However, one of the toilets in my home hasn’t flushed since move in. This is apparently due to a cement blockage in the pipe, which I understand is the builder’s fault. Having paid for his services, I reached out to Tim because something like that being missed made me question the rest of the inspection’s thoroughness. I requested a refund or a second inspection to be performed to ensure that nothing was overlooked. After receiving rude responses and no cooperation, I did state that I would take further action, referring to posting reviews or reaching

Tim completed a home inspection for me on a house that I am considering buying. This inspection was for me, not a bank or any other institution. Just for me.
I am so thankful that I did. He found a water leak from the chimney that was not readily visible. If he had not found it, I may not have known until major damage occurred. There were other issues I would have missed.
He was thourough, timely and his reports were very detailed. In addition, I found him to be very friendly.
I would highly recommend his services if you are considering purchasing a home.
