Best nail salon in the entire area. Extremely clean, professional, and friendly. Jojo does the best dip powder nails. She is gentle and patient and does not rush.also, great pedicures and everything is sanitized and clean. My go to nail salon. A small hidden gem in San Bruno. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very cute. Highly recommend.

Do not visit this place!! I usually go to sassy nails at Bayhill, they were too busy, sadly I came to this place what a horrible experience!!! I had them done Sunday and by MONDAY ALREADY 4 of the nails broke , The lady cut them so short, left them too thin that she even burn my finger and sharp that by just getting dressed they started to break, I call her to tell her what happened , all I wanted for them to fix them but instead she has me come in just to refund 1/2 of the money and very aggressive! Very bad costumer service!!! Don’t go there!!! Sassy nails they do a great

I have to update this review since I ended up going back to Sky Nails again (this was July 12, 2020) and the girl who did my nails was very unprofessional. (Don't know her name.) She accidentally poured too much glue on my finger while applying a full set, panicked and put a towel over it, and it glued to my hand.
The manager had to come over and pour alcohol on it and slowly rip the towel off my hand. It was painful and cosmetologists have to be more professional than this....

I am grateful of these women and their dedication to each customers needs. I'm disappointed on the other hand of customers. I understand California is allowing us vaccinated to not wear masks. I am vaccinated. But , at this point and time in a small salon with AC running, and I witnessed 2 women casually say " I don't have to wear a mask I am double vaccinated. " Across the way is an elderly woman who spoke no English with her Mom and child. The uneasy feeling in the air, I felt for the owner. She smiled and said Okay. I can ready body language, and noticed several customers feeling nervous. Cmon

I have been coming to sky nails off and on since I was a teenager. They never disappoint. This was my first time getting my nails done in over a year, due to Covid, and everything felt safe (there were 4 customers total during my appointment). I showed my manicurist my inspiration picture and she delivered. I could tell she was a perfectionist and it showed. Will be coming back again soon!

This place was terrible. I tried to set up an appointment time for me and my friends. I came in at my time and began my service while i waited for my friends. While my friends did come late, the workers had the worst attitude waiting for them. I tried to engage in conversation and was practically ignored. I also was over charged for BASIC gel nails. I was charged $50 when their listed service was less than that. And after only three days, i already break a nail and my nails have already began to lift. ITS BEEN SIX DAYS .. don't waste your money

It was my first time at Sky Nails today. I was asked to use hand sanitizer and my temperature was taken before I entered. All necessary precautions were made to protect customers.
The pedicure I had was the best I have had in a long time. The use of hot wax and rocks was amazing! Very thorough, meticulous work by the woman who did my pedicure. I will definitely return!

First of all let me start by saying this nail shop is 100% covid safe they take every necessary precaution from hand sanitizer to offering masks if you don't have one, temperature check and all the necessary plastic shields in place. With that being said let me now tell you how incredible not only the customer service is but everybody that does nails and pedicures there is super personable and friendly. They have every kind of cool trendy design being offered from the foil to the holographic nail and Tam specifically really gets into customizing your nails exactly the way you want them. I

This used to be my go-to spot because they always did an amazing job with my pedicures. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS!!! Today I waited A WHOLE HOUR with a scheduled appointment. My last visit here, they had me waiting 45 mins!!!!! During my visit today, I noticed others coming in with a scheduled appointment, one lady walked right in - no wait time, the other lady only waited 5 minutes. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sky Nails!! These ladies are great at what they do and they put up with all my nail requests. I can say with absolute honesty they are artists when it comes to designing and executing beautiful nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Tam, JoJo and the rest of the ladies are sweet, patient and get the job done in a timely fashion with flare! They're my definite go to for amazing nail art. Trust me when I say it is art! The girl that helped me was sweet and very nice but the quality of pedicure was very poor.
I came in here just because the place next door was busy. So I figured I go here because it wasn't that busy.
Not the best choice in my part. Yeah they do give a stone massage that was mediocre and not worth the time.
But the girl was nice and sweet. Will not be coming back for sure.
My nails look so sad. Now to let them grow and fix them myself.

Although I rarely get my nails done, this is my go-to spot for 5+ years now. Today I got a mani-pedi. My favorite part are the massage chairs, hot stone massage and paraffin wax. It was also my first time getting a gel manicure and it was a great first experience!
I also brought my boyfriend- he loves getting pedicures here.

Love getting my nails done by Emily. She does an awesome job! My nails last 3-5 weeks. But hate the owner. Always with a bad attitude. I hope Emily the best in the future and glad she is no longer dealing with this owner

Wanted to try somewhere new.. and this place was close to my job. Made an appointment for 330. I was 10 minutes late which didn't seem a problem because they weren't busy. However.. when I walked in I just stood there. I wasn't greeted properly. I didn't know what to do. Awkward.
Once I was seated I thought I was getting a regular ol pedicure.. but instead I got a paraffin wax pedicure!! Pretty cool! Come to find out the wax is standard. Felt great too. Pedicure was ok. I recently went camping and apologized to the lady for my messy hands and feet.

Tell me why these ladies are cleaning the salon with pine sol while I'm still getting my pedi ? That's kinda rude and nasty because of the dust and dirt flying around the place. -.-
Gotta admit it, only came here for the paraffin wax for my pedi AND the pedi is so so. The lady layered my big toe full of nail polish and it looks uneven. -_-
Sorry ladies. This review deserves two stars just for the price and paraffin wax. Probably will be my last time coming here!
