I waited for 45 minutes dipping my feet in water. I made an appointment and after 50 minsutes, the owner Tony said that they are short staffed and he got angry and raised his voice on me when they were at great fault. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and neither am I coming here ever again. They seat very customer in but the service they provide is very frustrating and upsetting. I am walking out of here feeling waste of time, very poor service and overly unprofessional. And They are doing childcare at the same time too. Unfit to run business honestly.

The workers have a bad attitude and they seem like they hate to work there (including the owner and his partner). It's a pricey place so they should be definitely much nicer to the customers.
They didn't do a good job for me either. I asked for a callus removal pedicure and my feet still have lots of dry, hard, and even cracked skin. The manicure was extremely fast and not detailed at all.
Nail polishing was okay (lots of nail polish was stuck under my finger nails and had colored spots on my fingers after I left

Place have been upgraded since last time I've been here. New pedi chair with massage had been installed. Plexiglass has been installed and there's a new area where you can dry your regular pedi. I love how they massage and how friendly the staff and owner. It seems though they are understaffed so there's a wait time when I had my appointment.

Tony is the manager and is rude. He is hardly ever on time and if you’re late for an appointment, he’ll take a walk in rather than wait 5 minutes for you. The women who work for him are the sweetest, but he’s in charge, unfortunately.

Not professional whatsoever! I showed up at 9:10 for a pedicure another two people walk in 20 minutes later w/o an appointment and are seated immediately. The owner asked me to wait another 30 minutes for someone else to come when I should've been sat first. Don't know if he didn't want to service me due to the color of my skin or if this business lacks professionalism, either way save your money and go somewhere else! I wish I could give them zero stars!

I just left this place disappointed once again. A few years I came here and thought I'd give them a try again... my 8 y.o wanted a manicure and pedicure... the lady just painted her nails for manicure because according to them she was too young for nail cutting and cleaning lol... she didn't even let her nails dry or put anything for them to try... this is the horror we came out with... I could have done this at home lol I told them I didn't need them to do a pedicure for her... now I'm taking her to a Different nail shop that knows how to do pedicure and manicure for kids.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s down the street from my house but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my gel manicure. (See pictures)
I’m giving Water Nails, 3 stars because the pedicure was pretty great. Now a day, pedicures are like 10 mins and you walk out feeling as if they were a waste of money. But the pedicure I received here was pretty great in my opinion.

Writing this review after going to this place for a second time, because I really wanted to give them a chance since they’re SO close to where I live and it’s honestly so easy for me to get my nails done that way. BUT I’m definitely not going back after this, they did a HORRIBLE job with my nails. I had a photo that I showed the person who was going to do my nails (who I believe is also the owner) he said he could do it and all was good. I went ahead and chose the colors I wanted for that design.. he went and got the colors and proceeded with applying the first color.. I noticed it was a

This place was not good. I would give no stars. Not happy with my pedicure at all! My gel manicure was ok but the lady who did my pedicure was terrible and so was her attitude! Will never go back and I don't recommended. They also don't take your debit or cc cash only and they have an overpriced atm by the door. Other amazing places nearby. Don't waste your money or time!

I came to support this local business before and never thought to leave a bad review until today's worst experience. Extremely impatient and rude staff Kay. Doing a lousy job, seems they're rushing to get the job done and having a bad mood. Biggest issue, NOT SANITIZED TOOLS, the cotton from the last customers still stuck in the gel removal tools, not sure even this comply with health protocol. When I pointed out, the staff wasn't respond to this at all and seems like it's no big deal. The tools she used hurt my skin a lot. It's like she's not polishing a human being

Went here for a pedi 'treat yourself' day with my boyfriend. Workers were all very nice.
Price was surprisingly higher than I expected. $40 for only a pedi. And it didn't seem like I had any other options for cheaper. Not sure if this is just post-pandemic prices.
Also, cash only. There's an atm machine inside, and it says 50cent charge to use, but I just noticed in my bank statement today that it took another $2.50. So $3 total to use the machine.
And somebody mentioned this already, but the male worker (I'm assuming Tony) was not wearing a mask.

This was my first time at Water Nails, I was able to schedule an appointment easily online. The establishment is very clean and pretty, I love the colors of the interior. The woman who did my pedicure was kind, asked me questions during the process and did a wonderful job! Definitely coming back!

This is the last time I visit this place!.
They do not want to provide regular polish just gel for $10 more and there is no way to convince them. Also Tony the owner I guess, is not wearing a mask like every costumer do when is mandatory. Come on Tony do you want your business to close again? Never ever going back. Save your money and go to other place.

Clean, efficient, and excellent service. I got a gel pedicure and a pink/white gel full set. Tony did my full set in half the time - thin, perfectly shaped, and exact length I prefer. Gel pedicure with callous remover at the beginning allows it to soak in and really come off by the time scrub plus paraffin happen. The best massage with hot stones. Rare for me to relax during my nail session but this was absolutely what I needed after a stress-filled month.

I was referred here by a friend... when we first arrived it was a good and friendly hemisphere but as time went on things started to change... upon arrival we were greeted by Tony we expressed to him what we wanted. When I showed tony my reference photo he informed me that he can do it... as you can see he failed... When I asked him can he please fix my nail art he responded " you want me to add spiderwebs" keep in mind I do NOT have a spider on my nails it's a SCORPIO. When I asked him to change my nails the nail salon workers started to show their true colors! No more joke and

Unless you wanna spend $100 dollars for a full set + pedi (not including tip) find another nail salon. The girl who did my nails was friendly and took her time but no way are my nails worth $100!! My feet were $50 when the pedicure I picked out was $40 the reason my pedicure came out to $50 was because it was a Gel pedicure but bare in mind they DO NOT offer regular polish (i asked) so it makes no sense. My full set nails were clumpy and rounded when I asked for coffin shaped nails. Not to mention our appointment was at 4:15pm and i didn't leave until 6:45pm. Longest time I've spent in

My favorite place to getting mine and my girls nails done. The owner/manager Tony is very nice and very accommodating. All of their staff are sweet and gentle and does an amazing job getting you pampered. Very artistic and they take pride with their work. They do all types of designs and color, from acrylics to gel to your own nails. They have different packages of pampering to choose from and all are reasonable and worth it. My girls and I with their friends keeps coming for more!

Worst nails experience ever!!!
Do not go here, totally got that there talking crap about me feeling. The the lady couldn't do anything I asked for. Can you go pink and white?...NO. can you do coffin shape?... no I'm going to do narrow square. I figured fine whatever. It took almost 2.5hrs and I still got crap work. There was acrylic and gel all over my cuticles!
