Aqua Nail Salon

My first experience wasn't the greatest but I gave them another chance which was a mistake. My nails look like they have not even been filled and he missed polish on the sides. I'm not even picky when it comes to nails but I think my 10 year old could have done better. I asked him to fix them and they came out worse the 2nd time. Horrible for as much as they charge.

Very nice people, can usually squeeze you in the same day. They do a nice job.
Note: they're not open on Mondays.

I'd love to give them 5 Stars but I have to be honest, I have referred many to Aqua in the past, even though the nail job was inconsistent, sometimes it was ok and some other time it was streaky, linty or uneven filing/shape. 2 stars because I'm nice.

Today I stopped by as they had zero patrons... I had a very small toy poodle dog with me. Which she allowed in the past, today she was in some mood and asked what I needed done... I tried several nail Salons in the area before Aqua and Aqua was by far the best! Excellent pedicures, Perfect dipped nails and extremely friendly service. It was my go to place while I was living in CA.

Julianne always does amazing acrylic work. The nails look so natural and she always perfects the shape and style. Plus, she's so friendly and funny throughout the whole thing! Love her and Aqua Salon so much.

Quality manicure. So happy with the attention to detail and polish lasted over 4 days no chip.

This is honestly the best gel manicure I've had to date. Every place I go it's either to thick, or just a horrible paint job. I am picky, I own it, and this place was great and would go again and suggest to friends and family.

I have been going back to SF for two years since my retirement, to my usual nail place, but so glad I found Aqua Nails. They did a great job, everything was very clean and sterilized...my polish, just regular on my toes, lasted 3 weeks!!!!

Horrible nail job. Pedicure was great! But I asked for a Orange auburn Looked like Blotches of orange streaks. My pedicure was great loved it! It was 2 different nail technician lady's.

Thank you ladies of Aqua Nail and Beauty for the wonderful services you provided for us! We took a much needed weekend trip from NC to GA to get much needed services such as full sets, pedicures and eyebrow clean up! These ladies did a wonderful job with everything and we will be back if needed!

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but Aqua gives the best gel manicure in Burlingame (and for a fair price). I've had a different nail technician just about every time I've gone in and each one was as precise and kind as the last. I'm someone who will chip a regular mani in less than 4 days so I always get gel and the gel manicures at Aqua ALWAYS last at least 3 if not 4 weeks on me without chipping or peeling!For reference I got my nails done a little less than 4 weeks ago and this is what they look like now!

Sorry for late follow up. I had my pink and white nails done by the owner. Fantastic, I have gone every 3 weeks the last year. She is a true artist and they last 3 weeks easily. Takes walk ins but I always schedule an appointment.

I've worked in Burlingame for 12 years and have tried my fair share of nail salons here. Aqua has always been consistently the best. I never feel rushed and customer service is always top notch. Julianne is smart and always give recommendations and help as needed. Call ahead for an appointment, They tend to get a little busy! Thanks Aqua!

Thought I'd give this place another shot, but what a waste of money!! My gel nails didn't last even a week... For the price I pay, I'd expect this to last 2 weeks AT LEAST..

Never again.. I'd rather drive out of my way and give a nail salon my money than go here again..

I live in LA but had an acrylic emergency in the Bay Area last weekend and they saved me! Really exquisite job and I love that the acrylic isn't too thick.

Ignored my request to not file across the top of my nails/scuff them up. Also a painful experience - had to ask for lip flops when leaving.

The owners here are so sweet, the prices are cheap, the establishment is clean and the employees are efficient! They never fail to do a great job with my nails.

Love this place. I've been to several Burlingame nail salons but Aqua is my favorite. The girls couldn't be nicer, they do such an awesome job- pedis, manicures, gel. Even going as far as to find the perfect powder-pink color for me. They're quick, efficient and sweet. Such a treat. Always look forward to my appts. :)

This is absolutely not a good experience. The women who was serving for me was not professional!!! She missed up so many steps and just hurried to finish. My nails were not clean and didn't look like well!

I asked her how much should I pay at the end, she said 50 please. But I saw it was 35. So I asked her to show me the price on the price list. She stared to say: oh, you need to pay 35 and an extra 15 for ****. But that 15 was not here on the list, but I have it on the system!

Are u kidding me? If the price is not on the price list, How can you charge for it??? This is not a good way

I've been to this nail salon a few times & am always happy with the service, cleanliness and quality of my manicure & pedicure.

Yen was my nail stylist for pedicure a few times and she is always extra patient, careful and sweet - spends extra time on my pedicure and I don't feel rushed.

Very reasonable prices for services too - for a gel manicure and a retailer pedicure, $52 (not including tip).

Love the candy bowl at the front desk too! Always a special plus getting to snack on starbursts or sour candies while I get spoiled with a mani / pedi

I've been coming here since 2007! I wouldn't change the place for the world

Great place for nails. I've been going for several years. Comfortable, friendly, clean, reasonable prices - what more could you want.
