If I could rate this company at 0 stars I would. I have had four property managers over the past 3 years and Chuck Baer Realty is by far the worst.
I had to hound them every month for my rent deposits! There were months where I didn't get a deposit at all! The real estate business is all about cash flow so how can they possibly think that is ok?
The rent deposit situation got so bad that I had to start copying the owner, Cindy Canyon, on the email chains which actually didn't help out at all.
They dropped the ball on collecting rent, following through on evictions and getting properties rent

Beware of this company they are the one helping us to rent a house out after I sold my house over half years ago and they still holding my rent money (few thousand dollars) I been calling them every single week they told me someone named Crystal is the one Who handles that but she never returned phone call or my email. Finally this morning they told me they have a new person handles this i guess that Crystal is no longer with the company.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company does not manage properties well. I got duplicate charges throughout the year for the same fixes. The rents were not sent to me unless I asked multiple times. My texts, emails and requests through their portal went unanswered for months at a time. They allowed a family member to live there and not pay rent while leaving me with utilities to pay, trash and belongings left everywhere and they trashed the house. This after assuring me that they would be able to take better care of the house if this family member lived there. Oh and we LOWERED the

My wife and I have been working with Jennifer Jackson for a few weeks now and we have a very specific set of things we are looking for in a house. Jennifer has been so accommodating and patient with us as we keep asking to see different properties and cancel out on some we decided were not for us.
