Apartments for change is a slogan that embodies two philosophies. First, providing affordable leases for our residents and affordable service and maintenance to our owner clients for "pocket change", a common phrase to describe affordable. Second, "social change" by helping our communities relate to housing in a new light.
With our team's skills and abilities, tenants can quickly find and lease a high quality rental in the St. Louis, Missouri area. We maintain a large roster of affordable rental properties in a variety of convenient locations. We strive to acquire rentals in safe and quiet neighborhoods to ensure the comfort of our tenants.
We want to understand each customer and give them the best opportunity to meet their goals. We have best practices in place, but we use an a la carte approach to assist owners when immediate cash may be limited. Our services include; marketing, maintenance, decorating, construction, emergency service, preventative maintenance, tenant screening, record-keeping, collections, month and year end reports and so much more.

This Rental Property Management/Leasing Consultant Kingsland Properties are sooooo amazing. I have been through a lot and they made this process simply awesome for me. They are willing to work with you and is very very helpful. It was some unforeseen issues that occurred for me personally and they took the initiative to step right up to assist me. I have never rented from a place with such care, etiquette customer service and professionalism in my life so far. I am beyond excited and glad that I chose them. I'm afraid I had too high hopes for Kingsland Properties. After reading their mission statement on their website I was filled with optimism because it states that they are advocates for people who typically have a more difficult time finding adequate, affordable housing. That was not the case with my husband and I. Ms Mechelle, admittedly very pleasant individual, was often non responsive and overall not invested. Aime was more professionally oriented as far as communication is concerned but she fed me false information and we were denied an apartment for what ended up being different reasons from
